1. The staffs were friendly and accommodating. I loved how they always serve with a smile which made me felt welcome. 2. The location - perched on a hill overlooking the Indian Ocean, some of the rooms (and most villas) have ocean view although it was quite a distance from where I was standing. The infinity pool of the villa (Villa 204) had a good view too. 3. The Villa 204 - big and spacious, able to accommodate a family of 2 adults and 3 children with addition of beds. The design was like a cocoon shape complete with a bath tub (my kids enjoying it with their bath bomb), separate toilet and shower room. Dining table was where we enjoyed dinner together as it was raining non-stop during our trip to Phuket. 4. Complimentary shuttle from the resort to Patong beach which saved us quite a lot of money, as the standard rate to travel within Patong is around 3000-3500 Baht one way (even Grab charges higher sometimes).

1. The buffet spread - for a 5-star establishment, the buffet selection was surprisingly below par. I had stayed in Four Points by Sheraton Phuket Patong before and it was impressive compared to Crest Resort. It didn’t help that they were quite short-staffed at the restaurant which made the service a bit slow. Good thing is that they tried their best to serve us.

Very nice hotel with a beautiful pool. In the perfect location with regards to being just that bit away from the manic atmosphere of Patong. They do a free shuttle once every hour in the evening to take you into the centre. The staff were very nice and the pool is located just behind sunset. Would recommend this hotel!

The villa was big and as discerption. View was breathtaking specially during sunset. Villa was clean. And the pool was amazing (note for Hijabi girls: people out there can see you" Most of the staff were super friendly "specially, Ammar and Phon" There was a hose "shattaf" in the toilet

Toilet has no privacy. Sometimes it took the reception so long to answer our call "We had to call them everytime when we want to go out because its difficult to go to the lobby area without a golfcar"

Our family villa was really great! It was so spacious, had a great view and we loved having our own pool! the hotel staff were all very helpful and accommodating, they made our stay so comfortable. The breakfast in the morning had a lot of variety and types of food on offer. We enjoyed the pool and swim up bar where we spent many afternoons eating the great lunch / dinner options they had on offer. The shuttles to Patong Beach were very useful and any other taxi trips we needed were easily arranged by the hotel for us.

We had a lovely time so can’t find any faults really. The only thing that would have helped was one more shuttle back from Patong beach in the evening as the last one was 19:15 which sometimes felt a bit early. One last shuttle at 21:15 would have been ideal.

Fantastic views looking over the beaches and escarpment, especially if you have a pool access room. I would absolutely stay in one of these or a pool villa. Friendly polite staff and large rooms. The main pool area has a swim up bar and staff made really great cocktails and a bonus they are really reasonably priced for a resort.

The location was up a steep hill and almost 10 mins drive so definitely not walking that in the crazy heat. Grabs are difficult to get to hotel so taxi it is. Getting around was quite costly as we went out a couple of times a day. (over $50 AUD) Breakfast really let this resort down. For the prices charged you would anticipate better quality and variety of foods. During our visit they were also renovating part of their main pool area which is quite unsightly.

I liked being in a location slightly away from Bangla road etc. great views, close to some ideal spots and the staff in particular were good. Jung made the whole experience 10x better

Good hotel, both the room and the other spaces (rooftop bar, pool, etc..) are well kept and to good standards. Everyone from staff is very welcoming and happy to help. The reception staff is exceptional (a special mention goes to Jung's bright responsiveness to guests needs and tips for places to see/things to do), they were absolute stars and went the extra mile when my friend lost her phone on the way to the hotel. Lovely New Year's event and dinner organised by the hotel.

Nothing significant, but a few things that could've made the stay perfect: - information on booking.com around the shuttle bus could be clearer. There's a single shuttle bus that goes to Patong town centre, nearby the beach (which is not amazing). It runs every two hours from 11:00, it could definitely be more frequent. Bear in mind if you need it for - communication with the hotel on booking.com could improve we found it a bit delayed and missing information - we found dirty cups after the room was cleaned. It only happened once and was promptly solved by reception, so it wasn't a big deal.

The property is beautiful, so peaceful and quiet! Definitely an adults only style hotel as we didn’t see hardly any kids while staying there so I would highly recommend for a couple wanting a quiet spot to relax with stunning views. The food was amazing, the buffet breakfast was incredible and the made to order omelettes were phenomenal! We came back everyday. The resort is a short 10 min taxi ride into the Main Street of Patong and the hotel offers complimentary bus drop offs and pick ups to and from town.

Only think I can default is the beds are not amazingly comfortable and I would love more pillows that are not so thin

We stayed in the Deluxe Ocean view with pool access. The room was beautiful and the view to die for especially at sunset. There are lpungera on a deck in front so you dont have conplete privacy but we found this was ok. The staff are a credit to the Resort they were all fantastic. The prices are reasonable and the food was lovely. You can walk to freedom beach in 10-15 minutes but its a bit of a trek. Free shuttle services are provided to town and paradise beach which you can pre book. We didnt leave resort other than our scheduled trips so we didnt mind the location at all. It was an amazing stay!

If i had to pick something I would mayne say the cocktails could do with a bit of improvement but for the price you pay its really not an issue.

Pool is simply espectacular. The bar in the pool, the view, the chairs, the music, all perfect. The customer service in the whole hotel is astonishing. Everyone is always with a smile, asking you if you are ok, and when you ask for something, they will bring it to you with a very good attitude. Pillows are very good!!! Smell in the room is delicious, not like most of the places in Thailand Shuttle service to Patong beach free of charge in some hours during the day, very cool

People doesn’t speak 100% English. Difficult to communicate via phone and ask for something. We tried to order a beer to the billar room and they simply did not get it. I forgot my glasses in a different place and I had to go until there to check because that type of question are difficult for them. Nevertheless, basic things you can communicate and they always have the best attitude There was a happy hour on the pool from 3 to 4 but there is no a public advertising about it, no one properly inform about it
