Stay at Room 2301 - 1. Water heater in all 3 bedrooms are bad. Either very hot water or very cold water during shower. Cannot mixed and balance the water to right temperature. Even after feedback, technician came but to no avail. 2. The wooden latch on one of the balcony broken off due to rotten wood, wear & tear. Hurt my father leg. 3. Is time to refurbish the estate. Furniture's are quite old. The old furnishings doesn't do justice to the staff service. 4. Breakfast varieties could have been better with more selection. Perhaps due to small restaurant area that restricted the varieties and spreading of foods.

The hotel layout appealed to us. Room was extremely spacious, kids club staff super welcoming. The kids club is adjacent to the pool, so we were able to relax knowing staff could call out to us easily if needed. The gym had wonderful new treads and a beautiful jacuzzi free of charge. The food was top notch. Sun beds of a high quality! Pillow selection (4 types).

It’s a 5 star that lacks the execution of a 5 star. Some of the pool bar staff unaware of their famous “chocolate hour” which frustrated the kids. Next day they refused to serve the kids 2 minutes past cut off time - come on, it’s just a milkshake which they missed on the previous day. The cocktail list (in the restaurant) was extensive but staff clueless on how to make them. Menus were missing pages or pages falling apart. Wine in the room wasn’t replaced after consumption. Otherwise our stay was pleasant!

We chose this hotel for the location/access to the beach, the private pool, the view onto the beach and large size of apartment with cooking facilities, which all proved to be as stated on the website. The loungeroom was especially massive! Staff were very curtious and helpful, breakfast was huge with a great variety of options. Thoroughly enjoyed! We also enjoyed our complimentary arrival fruit basket in our room, a lovely touch. The main pool area was the perfect place to hang out after we checked out waiting for our airport pick up and the health club facilities were great to freshen up before heading off. Thank you!

We did not realise that the Laguna complex was almost a gated communuty, so separate from daily Thai life. Hence the location to nearest convenience store/shops a good 1-2km away, a taxi up to the very western style Boat Avenue was skipped. There is NO local shop available to purchase snacks/drinks, you have to rely on the hotel or beach clubs nearby which are overinflated prices. Thankfully the reception staff pointed us to the local Family Mart (7/11) a 20 min walk away to take advantage of reasonable prices. There are a small number of beach restaurants nearby for dinner options which were delicious and stunning for sunset but sad to see beach with so much plastic rubbish throughout. No swimming available at these beaches, more for walks and sunset viewing.

Location of the hotel though is not directly on the beach but it is accessible just across a small quiet side road. Advantage with this is the villa is more quiet and away from curious eyes. Pool in private villa can be use even if raining during rainy seasons. Private pool size is quite big and the main pool is long and big. Breakfast spread is good. Good size hotel, not too big so not too many guests, big enough to offer sufficient facilities.

Furniture in the pool villa is pretty run down and living room a bit barren. As we are a family with adult kids, it is not convenient at all that the 2nd bedroom does not offer option of 2 beds. It is nearly impossible to sleep in the sofa bed in living room as the shades are not sufficient to block out daylight.

I can't say enough good things about our stay at this hotel. It felt like a true escape to paradise. The sheer cleanliness of the room blew me away, and the staff's genuine friendliness made us feel so welcome. The breakfast setup was incredible with so many different options to pick from and new dishes every day. We stayed for a week and did not get tired of it! Every day was filled with fun, thanks to the fantastic pool, gym, and kids' room. The beach across the road is also breathtaking, and the easy airport access was a lifesaver after a 9 hour flight. If you're traveling with kids, this hotel is a must!

In the middle of our stay, one staff member kept bothering my family multiple times at breakfast, saying two people were not paid for, although we counted everyone at check-in and paid extra for the additional people. Eventually, she managed to find out that everyone was, in fact, paid for. It was an annoying start to an otherwise good day. Also, the breakfast menu could do with a little expansion. Last point, remember to take your mosquito creams, or you'll come back love-bitten all over.

Friendly staff and very accommodating, they go out of their way to keep you happy. Very clean, house keeping excellent and nice spacious rooms. Plenty of sun lounges and towels. High quality surroundings with excellent sea views and balcony in our room. Close to food and shopping on boat Avenue. Good room service selection available until 10pm and variety at breakfast times. Beach clubs down the coast a must see as well as the boat and scenic tours or the island.

Need to book Grab or hotel taxi to the local town around 5-10 mins but they are cheap off the app.

We had the royal penthouse with private jacuzzi, brilliant choice. Cleanliness on point, room kitchen and living room very well equipped. Room service food is very delicious. Decent Gym and spa. There's a fun room with table tennis and pool (not signposted good enough so ask for it!) We loved the pool.. has some nice basketball hoops and goalposts for some pool fun. Staff are absolutely lovely. Overall the resort is quite calm and peaceful. It's a compact layout so just be aware there's not much landscape.

Our jacuzzi jets weren't all working properly and sometimes we noticed the level drains down far too much that the jets became very noise splashing water. Note that you have access to public beach but no hotel specific beach facilities. Don't rely much on swimming in the sea because it can be very aggressive with the waves (Go to islands for that!)

Nice breakfast, beach is right outside, nice pool bar with complementary fruits and pool floats for the kid. Great place for family to chill out.

Everything is pricy. 210 baht for a 100 gram container of ice cream, 140 baht for a coconut (compare to 40 baht at the night market), 10% service charge on everything. It is a bit far from popular destinations like old phuket town, Andamanda, Phi Phi island etc.

the 2-bedroom apartment was spacious and we was upgraded to sea view unit which was just wonderful

The breakfast could have been better if they have variety to choose from.
