The location is very close to the old town. Near cafes, restaurants, laundromats, bus stops to the airport and beaches, and 7eleven. The staff is friendly and very helpful.The room we stayed in was clean, bright and large.We stayed for 2 nights. We were satisfied.

This is value for your money, great place to just crash and sleep. Clean, comfortable. All the basics. I think next time i come to phuket, this is my home base.

Nice room, complimentary coffee (and candies) in the entrance/reception area. Very kind and helpful staff. Lovely pool where it was nice to start the day with a swimming.

The wifi was really bad, lost connection all the time, and when it was "working" it was terribly slow.

Left the do not disturb sign out one day, but the cleaners entered and cleaned my room while I was out anyway. Reception ensured me this would not happen again though. The bed was nice and big, but as in everywhere in Thailand quite hard

The room is a bit smaller than we anticipated, the pool could be maintained better (it was still ok). The pool is positioned awkwardly as you are looking into ground floor rooms.

Location, general amenity, price.

No shade in the pool area. Only basic loungers available, nicer loungers set aside for use of particular rooms but were never used seemed to be a waste. Some large plants and or parasols required

This hotel offers an offer unbeatable value for money. The staff is very friendly, responsive (already before the stay), flexible and supportive. The location is great, everything is in walking distance. In the same time, the location is quite and the guests are able to relax, also because of the very good beds. The premises are immaculate, everything is spotlessly clean. The pool is an asset and I highly recommend to book a room with direct pool access. There is a small gym with all that is needed for a workout.

I really felt I am at comfort of my home, and even extra. I did enjoyed their service, whatever you may need was available.

Some smell was escaping through the drain in the bathroom.
