Great location for Old Town Phuket, down a drive way so nice and quiet once inside the hotel. The lobby was gorgeous has had a recent renovation with a lovely kitchen and lounging space to relax. Pool was smaller than expected but did the job perfectly on a hot day. All communal areas were immaculate and very well cleaned. The room and bathroom were pretty basic could do with a bit of a revamp. But the beds were comfortable and made for a good night sleep. The staff were AMAZING incredibly helpful and very welcoming. We booked a scooter through them and they helped us with any questions/recommendations. Daily house keeping was also a great touch.

Music in the lobby and at the pool. Loud and uncomfortable. WHY??? People on holiday like it quiet, especially in town. When we want music, we listen to our own stuff on headphones.

Super location, 5 minutes walk from Phuket old town, but still very very quiet. Big rooms, super clean, comfy beds. But what is really amazing about this hotel is the staff. We traveled with our kid, 5 years old, and they left a little surprise for him in the hotel room, a coloring book, a puzzle and a game. It was one of the nicest things we experienced in an accommodation. Also, although there is no breakfast, there are always fruits, coffee, bread and jam for you to have. In the room, the mini bar is complementary. The pool is small, but really nice, especially after a long hot day exploring Phuket. And the best part is that it's open until 12 pm. So, yeah, this was an amazing stay. Congrats, Tint Team.

Loved the staff (the friendliest people on earth) and the location (next to a mall with a 24/7 grocery store, different cheap but clean streetfood-like restaurants, bus stops, old town, sunday night market). You can also do your laundry and cook if you want to. Very memorable and stilish! Snacks provided daily - a free minibar. It was awesome! There is also something breakfast-like available every morning - for free. Building blocks for kids in the lobby. Nice pool - a bit small but enough chairs for everyone. Truly a great hotel!

I would really like to give a 10 but unfortunately there was a little bit of mold on the bathroom door (not in the room though) and the doors were really bad - you could hear everything going on in the hallway and you could see light from under the door and it's sides. People were quiet though so were lucky.

I really appreciated the fact that food was available throughout the day, especially fresh fruits. The kitchen is also very beautiful and well-equipped, which was extremely convenient. We arrived very early in the morning, and I had requested an early check-in in advance. We were able to access our room as soon as we arrived (8 am) with no extra charge! The staff was friendly, and the value for money is excellent. The hotel does not have an elevator; however, when we arrived, three people helped us carry our luggage upstairs, which was greatly appreciated !

The beds were a bit hard, and several times during our stay there was construction work around the building, which was extremely noisy.

Great location for shopping, food and the street night market. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast and coffee station was an added bonus to our stay. The main reception area and facilities were clean, fresh and modern. The rooms were clean and of a large size with all the required amenities.

The room was old and could do with an update. A system needs to be implemented with the laundry facilities. Washing is left in machines for hours after wash/dry has been completed.

Positive Aspects: - Extremely clean rooms with a charming setup. - Complimentary mini bar with free food and drinks. - Convenient location, well-connected to the local market and airport via bus. - Friendly and helpful staff. - Free food and coffee in the morning.

Negative Aspects: - The building is old and shows signs of renovation. - The swimming pool is shallow, with a depth of only 120 cm. - Room facilities are lacking, specifically the absence of a microwave.

A wonderfully whimsical place, full of colour and very comfortable! Our room was of a great size, and we greatly appreciated the drinks and snacks available (everyday till 330pm). You also have the facility to cook in a shared, very well equipped kitchen should you wish. It's situated in the old town, so not close to beaches, but walking distance for anything within the old town, which we preferred.

There isn't a lift, which I'm not sure is or isn't advertised. It wasn't a big deal for us but worth taking note of.

The property has great facilities, including washing machine and drying machine, amenities provided are better than some hotels (you’ll find drinks and snacks FREE). They don’t mention but there’s air dryer, coffee machine in the room, adaptor that you can use for your one personal devices, tv with sports channels. The rooms are spacious, clean and have balconies (seems to be for every room, although I’m not sure. The pool area with its umbrellas, sofas and chairs make it look like a 5 star hotel. There’s lots of parking for cars and motorbikes with a night security guard that makes all the difference when you need to sleep without thinking your motorbike can be snatched while you rest. The staff are incredible!! They keep your bags after you check-out if you need (my flight was only hours later and I didn’t have to carry bags around) and when I came back and had to change clothes they also facilitate that in the nice clean toilet on the ground floor that has plenty of room for it. It’s in central Phuket, supermarket next to it, motorbike rental across the road, gyms, Sunday night market 2 min walk, nice restaurants and bars all walkable distance. It was perfect! Thank you to every staff member, you exceeded my expectations!

In the morning when the sun starts getting strong, there’s a smell from outside but it’s not the hotels fault. Keep your windows closed as a way of keeping ac/ room fresh.
