It was an amazing hotel. Small but very well planned, with lots of beautiful plants and pool (kids area, main area and Jacuzzi). Very helpful staff on the reception and restaurant, as well as cleaning ladies. Staying in one place you get 3 beaches: Rawai, Nai Harn and Ya Nui. Free Hotel shuttle will shortly drop you to the beach or to the view point for sunset. I stayed here in June. Low season can challenge you with waves, but hotel location smooths it out. Rawai offers you calm, but opaque water, Ya Nui is clear and perfect for snorkeling, Nai Harn is wavy in June but just beautiful. Another benefit is 7/11 round the corner, as well as exchange, restaurants and busy barber shop.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was properly kept and clean, even if the building was old. The housekeeping team did a great job and came in the early afternoon, which was a good time. Aircon worked well. We had a free room upgrade. There’s a well stocked 7-Eleven just next door.

The pool water was murky with particles. The gym was also old, not so well lit and kinda dirty (even if most of the equipment are working)—There were huge insects in there when we were using it. Drinks ordered from their cafe were not the best: the smoothies didn’t taste fresh and too sweet.

Fabulous swimming pool which was needed as beaches around here are very crowded. We booked very large room with direct pool access. Excellent breakfast- some food cooked to order and delicious smoothies, decent bread! Really friendly, obliging staff. We were initially a little disappointed with our room as it was looking a little tired but everything worked really well and after a day or two, we were delighted with our choice. Bed and pillows exceptionally comfortable. A good choice of restaurants nearby- we especially liked Rawai View - a little more expensive than the norm but great views and live music.

Nothing. Beaches nearby very crowded. Well worth hiring a scooter for quick visits to beaches for a swim.

Just a wonderful stay. Very comfortable, spacious, clean room. Excellent Wi-Fi. Super breakfast. Attentive and helpful staff. Great pool. A very well run establishment tastefully furnished. Ticked all our boxes and have booked a longer stay for next year

Everything superb

The staff were lovely and accommodating. Very polite and efficient. The hotel was clean and our room was beautiful. The bed was super comfy and the pillows were great. Our room led directly into the pool and the water was clean and refreshing. The pool is open 24 hours with a 9pm noise curfew which was respected by all. There was also security overnight. We ordered room service a few times and they were lovely. The cleaner was considerate and amazing. Super friendly and helpful. There is a 7 11 shop next door which was very convenient and we could walk into Rawai from the hotel. The hotel is quiet and not in the busy part. Only a 5 min walk down to the boats, beach, restaurants etc. Overall, a beautiful hotel with lovely staff. I would definitely stay again.

I already miss Navatara and wish I could stay there for longer! It's tucked away in the quiet and local neighborhood of Yanui, with some lovely beaches nearby and loads of shops and restaurants within minutes reach. I had such amazing Thai food and massages in the area. It's right next to Rawai beach where you can hire long tail boats too. The resort itself feels intimate, with clean, spacious rooms and comfy beds. I felt such peace and tranquility there and slept so well, which was exactly what I needed after my long journey to Thailand!

The location is a bit out of the way and the drive can be quite long to everywhere else in Phuket. But I didn't mind that as I was mainly exploring the local area.

Construction noise from 8am really bad. Kind of ruined our stay

First of all the hotel team is just wonderful, especially Jay that has been absolutely adorable with us, that made us feel at home, besides being more than helpful with all the advices to make our stay even more interesting and helping us around to get more memories. She has been professional and really sweet with us. We even had a problem during our stay by forgetting our phone into a cab, and she managed to contact the agency and got it back delivered to the hotel. We can't thank you enough for making our stay so unforgettable. The hotel is clean, with daily changes of the linen , very clean swimming pool. The breakfast was rich and very tasty, I would recommend the pineapple pancakes. The location: rawai is a quiet area enough for you to relax, but there are plenty of restaurants and activities nearby for you to enjoy the Thailand spirit. Also, the free shuttle provided by the hotel was really good and allowed you to enjoy amazing spots around the hotel. I would definitely recommend staying here and would surely come back

Absolutely nothing.

We liked everything about this hotel. The pool is lovely and sizeable and perfect temperature. It is a quiet resort and much more intimate than the larger resorts, with very friensly and hard working staff. They provide a free shuttle to the beach or to Promthep Cape which is great. The room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast is a mixture of buffet and cook to order and was delicious every day. The location is prime with 711 next door and only a few minutes from the beautiful rawai beach. There is nothing this hotel didn't do well and would certainly return when back in Phuket

Only thing we didn't like was the obnoxiously loud other guests. This is a family resort to couples beware. Saying that this is by no means the fault of the hotel and I would return because it is so peaceful there...mostly.

hotel was spotless and had a great pool. staff always there to help and we paid for the breakfast which was great, i would highly recommend getting it. free shuttle bus to nai harn beach and pick which was great and was glad we went as the beach was amazing
