We had a fantastic time at the hotel, I couldn’t recommend it more! Kanjanong was incredibly helpful, messaging back on WhatsApp and booking.com super quickly. Went above and beyond to help us have the best experience, including organising transport for the hotel. The room was very comfortable, quiet, and the cleaning team just amazing. The small kitchenette had everything needed, and included a few treats as well. Perfect location. The three pools were lovely.

My only suggestion is that, since there are multiple pools, It would have been nice to have one as adults only…

The studio apartment is modern, immaculately clean, has brand new equipment and accessories. Huge comfortable bed and pillows, TV has English speaking channels for news and movies. Air con worked well, spacious balcony to sit on. Host communicated well and helped organise a taxi on our departure. Added bonus was plentiful tea, coffee and water refills. Milk, bread, soft drinks, butter, jam and snacks were left for us which was extremely useful. Plentiful bathroom accessories, also slippers, bathrobes and pool towels. Cleaning services attended each day. Fantastic literature about appliances and services. Choice of pools available, the location is beautiful with many restaurants and supermarkets, my favourite being Tops supermarket. Highly recommend.

There’s a lot to like about this place. It’s clean. Comfortable. The facilities are great and it felt very secure as there was always security at reception, and throughout the property. The room had absolutely everything you could possibly need for a longer stay. It felt like home and it was amazing that cleaning was done everyday. I found the bed a little too hard for me. I think a softer mattress topper would be game changing. There a large 7eleven next door and a seriously delicious restaurant just next to that. There are quite a few places to eat nearby, both slightly more commercial and some local places too. There had a handful of smaller beaches no more than 10 min drive away.

Whilst I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend staying here, I personally wouldn’t come back again because I didn’t enjoy Rawai. There is a lot less to do in the surrounding area than along the coast. The grab cost of having to come and go between the larger beaches and the old town adds up, and whilst it’s not the difference between staying somewhere along the beach, the time spent travelling between places, especially when there is traffic, is enough of a reason to stay along the west coast instead. The location for me wasn’t great if you’re interested in socialising. The demographic was much older than I am and a lot of the places seemed to cater for men.

Really lovely place to stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. Fully equipped, everything you may need and forgot to take was in the room. Staff and service was great. Highly recommended. I will be definitely looking to stay there again once in Rawai.

Nice little studio with all amenities of a nice hôtel . Although I found thé studio for a family of 3 a bit small(no Space for baby Travel cot) ,We enjoyed our stay . coffee pods refilled everyday. toiletries(razor,toothbrush,soap,shampoo,etc) Drinking water (Big bottle) everyday. Complimentary snack basket on arrival. The studio Is decorated with taste and brand New. Nice kitchenette to Cook small stuff . Bathroom very good water pressure and very hot water,fresh linen and room cleaned everyday . Nice swimming pool ,very calm area ,lots of bars and restaurants, supermarkets nearby, although very few street food stalls. You need a scooter/car to go the beach ;Rawai beach Is not a swimming beach.

The staff at réception,not welcoming,never a smile or Hello ,when you speak to them it's like you are bothering them.

Great location, staff were great and the complex was very clean. The pools were lovely. The studio was very clean and everything was thought of for the traveller. Lots of little details, that I loved.

Nothing really but I suppose the bed was a little too firm for me but husband thought it was ok

Staff, Room kept clean, provided water, pool towels, and even folded clothes we left in the room (folding the clothes was completely unnecessary) Rented motorbikes and they were parked in a secure carpark with a security guard.

That there isn’t more of them in other locations.

Really well furnished room, we had all we could ever wanted or needed in our room. Lovely condo building with lots of pools and a great location.

Sometimes tricky to get into the building using the access card.

This is such a great apart-hotel and service! Highly recommend! Check in was super easy, apartment very clean and a friendly cleaner cleans every day. Fully stocked with high quality amenities too. Love snack package on arrival. I’ve stayed in 4 different apartments in the Title over the last 5 years, this is the best service, host, value by far 🙌🏾♥️

I loved everything

Very clean, good air conditioner, water provided to drink, serviced daily overlooked the pool. Quite quiet when we were there.

Some times the electronic keys took a few goes to work and there were a couple of power outages
