Spacious room, great bed and bed linen. Hotel staff exceptional. The WiFi in my room didn't work. Within 15 mins someone came to investigate. It did take a few hours to resolve, but staff were most apologetic. I was the only person in the restaurant for dinner. Staff were attentive, the food very good.

The gym is very basic. The hotel is a bit far from anywhere interesting, especially if you're on foot. I couldn't find any interesting restaurants within walking distance. Perhaps the area is a bit iffy. A girl on a motorbike stopped and offered to drive me back to the hotel, concerned I was walking alone.

Udons best kept secret! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIP's. The lobby area was stunning with tasteful design and furnished with elegant features and furnishings. The option of a lift or staircase to all floors led to spa ious carpeted hallways to the bedrooms. The jaw-dropping rooms with extra wide king beds were complimented by luxury bedding and silk (yes silk!) Dressing gowns. Okay, the bathroom was a little on the small side, but it would be churlish to criticise this. The dining room which served both breakfast and dinner was well laid out and furnished and a nice coffee bar adjacent was the perfect pre- dinner space to enjoy a hot drink or alcoholic beverage! Okay, I have saved the best till last - no, not the fact there is also an air-conditioned gym and outdoor swimming pool (bit small to swim in but great for kids), but the price! I'm not going to tell you what I paid, you need to check that out yourself. All I can say is you will be extremely surprised.

Definitely a 4-Star Hotel. 5-Star Rating only limited by overall size of property, I expect. Food and Bev. Limited Selection, but what we both ordered were spot on. Room. Nice and Clean. So, being very very nitpicky. 1 overhead light fixture in bedroom area was loose or not completely sealed into the ceiling. Living space sofa had a small (very small light blue) stain. Living Room dinner table nicely set-up with I assume were gold plated utensils, utensils had dents from use.. Personally would of been better with simple utensils that were damage free. Bathroom a bit small, but very functional. * Again, just being nitpicky......for me.......that's what reviews are for!! By far, the best 4-Star+ hotel that I've stayed at in Udon Thani. Think, I only need to stay at the Grand Siam and VELA Dhi to complete my review of 4-Star+ hotels in Udon.

Nothing Really.

A nice modern hotel situated close to the centre of UT. The rooms are spacious and very clean and comfortable. The suite was good value for money and was more like a mini apartment that also had a full size bath.Beds were very comfortable and wifi worked well.Staff are helpful and parking is easy in their garage adjacent to the hotel.

Breakfast was poor. On two mornings we arrived at 09.30 and then 07.30 and it looked like a plague of locusts had been there...all the food trays practically empty😙.However one can order food which was nice nice but often arrived cold so they need to improve here.

Only the location, I believe this is a hotel more for business people . I was in a group fishing 🎣 But it really wasn't a problem the staff organised taxis for us ( never more than 200b) And a particular thanks to receptionist called 'Aom' she was very helpful ( with taxis and information in general) Thank you

Excellent service by the restaurant staff. Very attentive, always smiling and ready to help. The dining area is very well decorated and has sufficient seating. The breakfast choice is primarily Asian / Thai. But we do have a choice of breads, croissants, eggs to order with ham, bacon etc. Good choice of hot beverages prepared via a coffee machine. Food ordered via the room service is very good and very well presented as well as tasty. I tried several items over the period of my stay and was quite happy. The room service shuts down at 10:00pm though, so a midnight snack is not possible. You can step outside the hotel and about 40-50mts away is a 7-Eleven if you wish to buy any snacks or other items. Although, we are in town, taxis are not available outside but the bell boys are always ready to call one for your requirement. All major places are just about 5-10 mins drive from the hotel. The hotel has a special parking area inside a multi storied building which is right behind the hotel and exclusive for the hotel. The room and bathroom interiors have all been designed well with a very modern fittings. Every area of the hotel is spotlessly clean and tidy. The housekeeping staff are attentive and always prepare the room on time or as per your request during the day. I would also like to mention the very lovely reception staff who were so welcoming and helpful, especially Khun Tai, Khun Pen. There were several other restaurant and reception staff also who are all very well trained and makes our stay comfortable.

Friendly helpful staff, nice clean, bright and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast, location and view not great, typical city hotel, but close walk to get to centre of town.

One room from our group was cancelled as the credit card diodn;t go through, hotel were able to provide a room but at a higher rate and didn't honour the agency rate,

Excellent hotel - very pleasant stay at an excellent price. Probably the most comfortable hotel bed we've ever slept in. Breakfast had lots of Western and Thai choices and was good quality although we did have to send our eggs benedict back because the eggs were cold. There are a lot of facilities including a great pool - even enjoyed cocktails in the Library room. Highly recommended

On arrival we were allocated a twin room where the window looked straight out onto a wall that was only a few feet away. Totally restricted the light and was just an awful non existent view. Asked Reception to move us to another room which they did no problem

Bathtub perfect! spacious room! modern interior design and lighting! A piece of cake was provided a complementary after telling the hotel it was my birthday which was much appreciated.

Sofa was clean but still can see some stains. Perhaps the materials were a bit difficult to clean? Breakfast could have been included in the rate paid.

Brilliant design. The room itself was amazing, comfy bed, strong water from the shower. Lovely breakfast with great selection of food, nicely attentive waiters and staff.

The location was a bit funny but not a deal breaker by any mean.
