Comfortable! All was good.

We asked for an early check-in (which is part of their policy) and at the end we waited 1h30 in the lobby to get the room at 3pm. With a 1 year old baby, we would have appreciated if the staff has proposed at least a temporary room to let us change our baby diapper.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received during my recent stay at Four Seasons. While the comfort of the rooms and the excellent location are undoubtedly to the highest standards, it is the exceptional service provided by your staff that truly sets your hotel apart. The team at Four Seasons goes above and beyond to make every guest feel valued. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and unwavering commitment to finding solutions to any request truly elevated my experience. It is clear that the people at Four Seasons are the real dealmakers, and they are the heart of what makes the hotel experience so remarkable. Thank you once again for making my stay so memorable. I recently stayed with my family for four days at the Four Seasons Hotel. Initially, I was a bit skeptical due to some negative reviews I found online, which made me somewhat uncertain. However, I was specifically looking for a 5-star hotel in the area and decided to give it a chance. I must say that I do not entirely agree with those negative reviews, as I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience, from the service to the overall stay. Everything from check-in to check-out, from the room to the pool area, was exceptional. The room was consistently clean and was cleaned daily. I would like to extend my special thanks to Monia from the housekeeping team, who proactively approached us to ask if the room met our expectations and if there were any issues we noticed that could be addressed. Although we didn’t find any issues, I appreciated her attentiveness and forward-thinking attitude. This level of care is something I truly value and must highlight. A heartfelt thank you for that. I also want to commend the reception staff, especially Safa, for their excellent service, from the booking process to check-in and check-out. The team is very attentive and forward-thinking, which is exactly what one expects from a 5-star hotel. Having stayed at numerous hotels across Europe, I can confidently say that the service here meets the high standards one expects from a 5-star establishment. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service, which I gladly recommend to others. This is not my first stay here, and I will definitely return with great pleasure, as I was very positively surprised. During check-in, we found a small gift for our child, which was a sweet gesture with cookies and a sweet name tag. I also received a small birthday cake, which was very thoughtful. Some reviews mentioned that the hotel is pricey, but I believe the service you receive is worth the cost. I find it completely fair and not overpriced at all.

As for the Creek Bistro, it’s not bad, but I believe the food offerings could be more child-friendly. Perhaps more burgers could be added to the menu. While I understand the focus on high-quality cuisine, it wouldn’t hurt to cater more to children. This is just a small suggestion for the Creek Bistro.

Arrival at the hotel was excellent, a warm welcome from guest experience manager Manel. Check in was smooth, front desk staff friendly and professional. As it was our first time at the resort, Manel gave us a quick walkthrough and introduced us to the facilities, this was very much appreciated. The rooms are beautiful, also the rest of the facilities are well kept and spotless, both the indoor as well as the outdoor pool areas deserve a special mention. We had dinner at the creek and at blu seafood restaurant, both were excellent, as was the service during dinner.

Breakfast is okay, but not extraordinary. Service quality at breakfast is hit or miss, very much depending on the wait staff. Some are excellent, others make you wait 20' for a coffee or forget about it. We spent a couple of hours at the creek lounge (bar) after dinner. The area is beautiful and the drinks are excellent. Service quality however needs a lot of improvement. Wait staff rushes back and forth and seems to have a special talent in avoiding eye contact with guests while doing so. It was really hard to get their attention. The beach was rather disappointing.

My last stay at this hotel was in 2018. The level of the service since reached a 5 stars hotel level. The facilities still beautiful. The quality and variety of food through different restaurants was amazing.

It wasn't a surprise that the beach in this area of Gammarth isn't nice. But the hotel could improve the installation for the guest and the cleanliness of the sand.

The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location. Breakfast buffet selection is vast and delicious, as you should expect at a Four Seasons. Food at the other restaurants (The Creek and Blu) was excellent with a good selection of wine and cocktails.

Service is good but might not be necessarily at the level you expect from a Four Seasons (after 10 days in Tunisia, I think this might be more of a comment about Tunisian hospitality industry in general and not of Four Seasons in particular). My only complain would be that they don't have a restaurant for dinner where you can eat mainly Tunisian cuisine. As a foreign tourist, those are some of the experiences we like to travel for.

Beautiful property. Very helpful staff. lovely pool. Very mellow atmosphere, no noise. Beach outstanding! Fine sand, no rocks in the water, very conveniently close to rooms, clean, no extra charge for chairs / cabanas, ber safe and private, life guard on site. Absolutely appreciated the free water bottles in the room and you can tell the staff tries hard to make the guests feel comfortable and happy - all very kind people!

Room smelled musty which I'm sure has to do with the humid climate bit it was a bit too much. While the room was clean, it wasn't quite as super clean as I expect from a Four Seasons. In times post-pandemic they should wipe door handles, light switches, glass doors etc more thoroughly, e.g. don't want to see other people's fingerprints on the glass door of the toilet. Also they should vacuum the rugs & floors better.

We loved everything about our stay, the room was spacious and we'll decorated, the food was exceptional, the staff were very welcoming. I would like to say a special thanks to Ahmed (Manager at the Blu restaurant) he was very friendly and always recommended great food, Tamer (beach) he was so accommodating, Mohammed at the Alysse Restaurant was so friendly. All the reception staff were great especially Donia. The gym staff, the Spa facilities were great, Saeda gave us a great Hammam experience. The Creek restaurant staff were fantastic and made out anniversary dinner so special. Amira the Assistant to the GM left us with a fantastic last impression.

Everything perfect

The property is beautiful and the location is perfect if you want to relax. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The spa is also amazing, do not miss the chance to have a massage session! Moreover I have to say that the concierge organised all the tours for us and made our stay even better. The outdoor pool and the pool bar are also lovely.
