it was so modern, and absolutely stunning!! the lobby area always smelt so good and was always kept clean. the majority of the staff were EXTREMELY nice, especially the security at the gate - they would go above and beyond for you.

the apps on the tv do not work. no Netflix, no YouTube & even when you try to go on via the web browser it still doesn’t work. also, the cleaners came to do the room & did everything apart from the bath tub which was quite strange. some of the staff acted inpatient or annoyed when being asked for help. lastly if you want food order an hour before you get hungry, they take 10 years to get the food out to you.

The rooms are spacious with some having great views towards the Mediterranean. Breakfast choices are excellent and plentiful.

I ordered room service and felt sick the whole night. Still not sure if it was from the food, or the expired can of soda that was served.

Overall stay at the Marriot was very good indeed. Lovely hotel and the staff were excellent provided very good customer service. The reservation manager was very helpful and she did everything to help us. The swimming pools were good and the walk to the beech was only 2 minutes away. There was security around the clock so you felt safe and secure. There was a wide choice of breakfast with different variety. Our rooms were vey clean and comfortable so really impressed. Overall really enjoyed the stay and will definitely book again.

The hotel could do with fresh coat of paint from outside this will give it more attraction

Nice building, modern stil. Hotel was clean. Hotel was close to the Médina. We could walk there. It took us around 15 min.

Our room was not cleaned good. One day we only had towels for one Person. Even after calling the reception, we did not get them. They forgot it. So we had to ask again. One day cleaning lady came at Night around 09:00 pm. Stuff was nice, especially at the restaurant. All inclusive did Not include fresh juices. Such a shame. Drinks were with syrups and not fresh.

staff was friendly and helpful both at the reception, restaurant and swimming pool. They accomodated us and our little baby and helped us during our stay. The mini bar was not working and a special thanks to all staff for changing it in a matter of minutes. Water is offered every day and there is a fruit plate in the room to welcome us. The food was delicious, a special thanks for Mohamed who made us a customised delicious pasta every dinnsr. Swimming pool was wide and nice to swim in

The number of lifts can't accomodate this many guests. the bed and pillows are not comfortable enough.

Breakfast buffet was terrific; the lobby and bar + pool areas are spacious, clean, and modern in their decor & facilities. The staff were terrific- attentive and helpful. There's a lovely cafe adjacent to the hotel for pastries and lunch food, and an excellent French restaurant right across the street (L'Escargot) but you need reservations for dinner. The location is also great for accessing the beach and the boardwalk that eventually leads to the Medina.

Our room was uncomfortably hot at night despite us leaving the windows open & the curtains closed during the day. The thermometer in our room read 28.9 degrees Celsius but the fan and AC were disabled by the hotel (for every room, as was explained to us). The view from the rooms is a bit dystopian-- all ocean view rooms look directly at the abandoned other half of the hotel, which has the appearance of crumbling. Despite there being many travellers and tourists at the hotel, this area of Sousse has an overall vibe of being an abandoned and now struggling tourist sector. Nonetheless it is interesting and always felt safe when we were walking around.

Everything! When I say, the hotel and the staff just made our visit to Tunisia 10x better I mean that! The hotel was very nice and clean, modern. Upon arrival we was treated very good by all staff members including the security. They all helped us a lot. To the reception staff, the security staff and the hotel desk manager. Not once did any staff member hesitate to help us with directions, nice food places, taking luggage up or down, & making sure we wasn’t being conned anywhere on on streets during shopping. I cannot thank all staff enough for being so nice to us during our stay, and if I ever go back to Tunisia I will definitely re-book the Marriott again!

Front desk was helpful, especially Haroun who helped me greatly; excellent breakfast with so many Tunisian and international options; loved the fresh squeezed orange juice at breakfast; comfortable bed, complimentary large water bottle provided daily

My room shared a wall with the neighboring room that had a door on the wall between us (designed in case someone wants to rent both rooms and have an adjoining wall between them). However, a lot of sound passes through the door, even though it is closed and locked. In the future, I would make sure not to have one of the rooms with a door to the next room. Too noisy. I received a call each night with someone asking if my stay was going okay, but the things I would ask to be fixed never were - my air conditioning never worked and the sliding glass door never locked. Next time, I will check these things upon arriving to make sure they all work before unpacking and settling in.

Good buffet style breakfast . Breakfast served from 6-00. Room very nice with balcony. Walking distance to beach. I was there in November 2022 so didn't use the pools for swimming but good for sun bathing. Loved the walk along the promenade at the back of the beach in the evening but sad to see so many derelict hotels. Security at gate good with thorough check of car on the way in. Hotel has very nice cafe for coffee and cakes to die for. Didn't take the buffet dinner but can recommend the French restaurant L'escargot directly opposite. In November 2002 hotel rates were great value for money
