The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Ms Sawsan at the reception she offered me complementary stuff that no other hotel has ever made to me. In addition the room is very tidy and clean and the bid material is a premium The hotel will be added to my finest affordable list when visiting Tunisia again.

Good stay and practical hotel, the room is clean, the breakfast is good and appropriate, the reception is good, especially the employee Amira who always smiles, and this is very important in hotels

Receptionist Room Bed

Made to feel unwelcome by the fat bar waiter when the other waiters were seating us on a reserved table he threw up a fuss embrassing us.& seated us elsewhere. . never served us once we got a table didn't open any bottles ignored us throughout very bad mannered grumpy guy who looks after the area to the right of the stage...still expected a tip.. prior to this we had dinner at the bar, another waiter was so nice & the fat guy turned up we asked for water he gave us bad vibes like we bothered him..

everything about my experience in this suite hotel was amazing i can’t forget the taste of their food we had it served to our room incredibly delicious not forgetting their luxury fresh breakfast also in the room we enjoyed our hot bath tub with jasmine smell of gel douche . i was amazed by the control of moving the tv to the room direction or the living while eating so we won’t miss our movie . the bar atmosphere in the first floor was special and unique than a typical bar that we know also i would enjoyed better than a nightclub .

I booked a suite. Was very very nice. Rooms service is ver good. Food was good. But would except better for the price I paid. In total was good stay.

If you want to sleep early, then think twice. Music planting until 1:00. A club at first floor. I was in third floor, still bass was blasting the bed. Called the receptionist and helped put the music down a bit. A hotel with a club same building!!! Hmm not my cup of tea. Must reconsider next time.

The room that I booked was great, and the bed was huge and very comfortable! also, the staff was incredibly friendly and kind, helping to set me up with a ride from Tunis to Sousse for a good price.

My only issue is small but I wish that the air conditioning got colder.

Breakfast was so good and had quite varieties of almost everything.

The hotel is wonderful and the location is excellent. It is my preferred hotel in Tunisia on a permanent basis, the staff are very helpful and friendly especially miss. Hadeel, also the breakfast is good. I recommend it.

The hotel is in a good location, close to Tunis city and also the airport. The staff are very friendly and they have a good breakfast for the price. The bed was big and comfortable enough and the shower room had nice gels and shampoos.

The rooms are a little older so some things need a bit of paint to make them feel more modern.

Hospitality was next level! A family run business that knows how to treat the customer well. My friend and I were upgraded to the suit and it was a phenomenal experience. We had to leave before breakfast was served but luckily the hotel accommodated and brought us breakfast at 4am! Got good sleep and delicious meal before a flight. Perfect location to the airport!

It was great just wish the volume of the music from the party was a little lower nearby.
