- Noise from the hallway of other guests. Door does not block ANY sound whatsoever - Smoking allowed inside the hotel, especially at the cafe. Non smoking area still has cigarette smoke waft over.

Very clean and spacious room

I booked a taxi for the airport with the hotel.the hotel staff at the reception told the price was 30 dinards .It was a agreed price between the hotel and the taxi.i had confirmation of this price 3 times during my stay.when i arrived at the airport the price suddenly was 50 dinars ! I found this very unrelible and unprofesional.i would like to have a comment from the hotel on this.

The room is spacious with a sofa, armchair, large table, a min bar, a bottle of water, a large shower, a large bed, comfy, good lighting with many options available to customise, 5 elevators so you never wait too much, free car park, great location if you have business in the city center but not far from other parts of the city if you avoid rush hours to reach your destination... for example, the airport is at 10 min without traffic and a maximum of 20 minutes in case of that.

towels are stinking potentially from low quality laundry services. I advise the hotel to look into that issue seriously. Rooms are good but require maintenance, attention to details and QC by additional tech or supervisor all times, for example, the first room A/C wasn't working despite technician's actions so the receptionist was kind to offer us a replacement room which had a good AC besides the sink was clogged.

All was good.

Staff was excellent. Quickly got good taxis and arranged going anywhere I wanted. Room was quiet and spacious. Facilities were great with large bar and two restaurants. Room service fantastic. I arrived late and hungry and soon had large pasta and seafood dinner, along with bottle of excellent Tunisian wine. Prices were very reasonable. Hard to beat all this! Plus the place looks great.

Food was tasty and big variety. Staff was polite and friendly,check in was fast. Very safe too,security present 24h. Pool was very clean,safeguard was present all day. We liked everything,no complaints. Everything was clean.Room was exactly as in pictures. Internet was very good. Our 16 yo son with disability got special treatment,everyone was extremely nice with him.he even was not charged for lunch and dinner. Big thank you from room 583,best wishes from Ireland😀

Good property nice staff and very helpful

Air conditioning was auto set by management coldest temperature that you can have is 23.7 degree which is not cold enough and not possible to sleep so hot inside the room we had to move to other room twice finally was lucky as their 4th floor had own air conditioning system that can be set temperature on your own to 18 degrees which is cold enough others floors not possible. Swimming pool small, cloudy water and some leaves floating.

Great place. Very comfortable room. I really enjoyed the restaurants, cafe, and pool on site.

The staff were really excellent, but I did have problems with young male staff hitting on me. One even asked for my Facebook, I laughed and told him no, and he looked me up and added me anyway on Instagram. I found this really disrespectful. The hotel should train the young men to be professional and respectful. This experience really soured my taste for the rest of my time there.

The hotel is in the city center, very good quality, the room is clean and large. I thank Mrs. Siham, I think that was her name, for helping at the reception.

The room reservation was without breakfast. Breakfast was expensive and there were not many options. I recommend the hotel in terms of price and cleanliness of the rooms.

I liked everything in this Hotel: Staff is excellent, very pleasant & helpfull: Mr. Riyadh and Mr. Ridha with his welcoming attitude. Rooms are spacious, very clean, bathrooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Beds are so restful and homely. Hotel reception is spacious and enjoyable to sit at while waiting for friends to pass by and pick-up. Several lifts are available all the time, which makes it very practical to reach your room in a minute or less! Parking spaces available inside the Hotel space, nice view of greenyard... A very good experience indeed!
