Staff was amazing apart a guy at the spa. Room was always clean. Wide selection for breakfast. Free coffee and tea. I liked it. Location is also great close to underground. Room was spacious and bed very comfy i slept like a baby. Spa was fine a bit colder sauna. I would stay there again.

While booking it says there is a swimming pool and a fitness center... which in reality there is none. Other that this everything is great, great spa facilities

I had a wonderful experience during my visit to Ankara, and this hotel definitely deserves a spot in the satisfaction pie. The entire staff is exceptional, friendly, and always ready to address any questions you may have. While the room is on the smaller side, perfect for a single occupant, it becomes a bit challenging to move around if you have luggage. However, the daily cleaning is meticulous, and despite the compact size, the bathroom is kept spotless. The hotel's prime feature is its location; it's situated right in the heart of downtown, less than a 1-2 minute walk to everything. The main subway station is conveniently close (300 m), and the bus station to the airport is within a 5-minute walk. I opted for the Ankarabus to the airport, which cost me around 120 TL, whereas a private taxi charged me 30 euros one way. Despite the compact room size, I highly recommend this hotel, especially considering its unbeatable location.

The hotel location is great and accessible. The staff are very friendly and respectful. I booked a room for 3 but the lady in the reception upgraded it to a deluxe family room for FREE which was amazing since my mother was sick and this two family rooms helped us a lot. The breakfast is great and exceeded our expectation. The room cleaning proceddure is very professional. Even at check out, without us asking, they asked us if we need a taxi to airport and they called a taxi & they discussesd the fare with driver, which was very helpful since we didi not able to speak turkish with driver.

I liked everything. I will rebook the same hotel if I came to Ankara again.

The hotel is the best one among the hotels around it, I tried all the 3 stars and 4 stars hotels in Kizilay, and this one is one of the top among them, also one of the cheapest, you will get a cheap hotel and a perfect location and the hotel rooms quality is good.

the bathroom, first it is small and second it has missing things like soup and shampoo but when you ask they will bring them, and if you didn't request them they will not put for you. but in general, I can't even say that this is a negative point.

The Hotel is ideally located in downtown Ankara but in a quiet street. Excellent location; there are lots of shops and restaurants in a walking distance. Also, near to the Kızılay square & the metro station. The room was very clean. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Traditional tasty Turkish breakfast was provided. Free parking at the hotel.

I don't had e bad experience or dislike something. I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. I can highly recommend this accommodation! I will stay at this hotel if I come again back to Ankara.

First of all, I see improvement. Things that other travelers criticized in the past, no longer accrued: * the staff spoke English * variety of drinks for breakfast * daily cleaning What I also liked: * location * very friendly and helpful front desk * well maintained and decorated room

* there was no internet * walls are paper thin * the fire detector beeped constantly! One thing I would also love to see change is the fries for breakfast. Please ditch them and replace with some fruits. Other than that breakfast was good.

Excellent value for money, rooms are clean and comfortable, and the room photos on the website are an exact depiction of what you get. A/C works well. Staff is helpful and willing to help.

Disappointing breakfast; it’s convenient there but you can do better outside just 200m away. Be prepared with your Google translate, only few staff speak English or any language other than Turkish . Note that this is generally true for Ankara, not only for this hotel.

the male receptionist was rude and behaved unprofessionally when we asked for a receipt for the payment for our rooms when leaving hotel in the early morning.

Spacious room,location very near to metro to asti bus station(direct line)it makes the hotel the best in accessing public transport,its in the middle of kizilay area, clean & spacious room,tall lady reception and manager are very nice,also Gulhan,lady in the breakfast room gave us back the money my husband dropped in breakfast area,very good service even she cant speak English.I will stay here if visiting Ankara again.My special message for booking.com: I wasnt able to book my hotel in izmir area thru ur apps and website,have tried from several devices,fix it up!

No kettle inside the room (we asked for free turkish tea every evening,part of their service)no safe deposit, tv only one turkish channel (hv asked to fixed but no solution),no heating on the rack after washing clothes so they were not easy to dry, internet connection up and down,i could not turn on ac mybe bec its still winter,so i opened the window a bit. But overall the cons are still acceptable.
