The beach area is nice and it has a bar close by. Seafood restaurante was good.

It is Hard to speak English with the staff. Public toilets by the pool aren't clean. Regarding what you will be expecting to find the Hotel is mainly occupied by Eastern European tourists. There was not a friendly vibe in the air, on the buffet and bars we found hilarious how people behave , there is no respect for queues, we found very rude and loud people, you can be loud and friendly, but this is definitely not the case. Of course this last part is not related with the hotel but would definitely have made me choose different accomodation if I knew it for the beghining.

Everything was good. It was at the beach front. I like all the facilities there. I like the theatre shows and the disco night party there. Bakery and sweets were awesome. I like the dessert a lot there.

I don’t like the live concerts. It was boring. Buffet time was short. Food should be hot all the time. Food was good but after one hour it wasn’t even warm. They should consider that the food should be warm all the time.

Food was very good. Hotel is very big. Swimming pool and everything was so clean. Value for money

I liked very much the beach and the room, there were very clean. The minibar was everyday full and the entertainment from the hotel was nice. Even the a la care restaurants we enjoyed all of them, but the turkish one not so much.

From the Hotel side, everything was nice, but I need to say that the Russian people were too loudly and aggressive, and they made their presence very known at the beach, with music and their loudly way of speaking, too bad they don't care about others.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Fatima during my recent stay at the Kremlin Palace Hotel, and I cannot praise her enough. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure my experience was smooth and stress-free. Fatima helped me with an early check-in, which was a lifesaver after a long journey. She was incredibly professional, kind, and efficient throughout the process. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist with anything I needed truly stood out. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to providing exceptional service, and Fatima is a credit to your team. Staff like her make a world of difference in creating a positive experience for guests. I sincerely hope the management recognizes her outstanding work and rewards her accordingly. i like it it was good kids like their slides and aqua and beach on site which was amazing it was good for good , entertainment was good . it was big and spacious a lot to do with kids and it was a nice hotel in overall . friendly people and staff

i didn’t like that they didn’t have much staff that spoke english so a little hard to communicate , the buffet was quite the same each day and no currency change at the hotel .

The facilities were absolutely amazing, the beach was fantastic. The pools also great. The Staff are incredible.

The hotel is catered for Russian and other countries. Very very little British/English Food was not catered for Europeans at all, however huge selection. Hotel Shops were absolutely disgusting prices beyond belief. Leaving the hotel for a tour to show our daughter a little bit of Antalya was basically impossible, the taxi fare was like 50 Euro for 2 mile journey return. The Turkish locals just absolutely take advantage of the British with prices. Very off putting.

Every thing was wonderfull, the staff was amazing, especially "Miss Songül" from Kid's Club, was such a wonderfull personality, which we spent great time with my daughter and wife playing and enjoying our time with her in the kids club. Special thanks to Miss SONGÜL.

The rooms could be a little bit cleaner, and the room door handles really needs a repair and screw tightening.

The direction of the hotel needs to take actions concerning the guy whos managing the taxis . He is impolite and making big profit by doubling the taxi cost . Half for him and half for taxi drivers
