The Old Town Point Hotel was absolutely amazing! First trip to Turkey and oh boy, did we pick the right hotel first time round. Staff were engaging and caring, always one step ahead, making sure our stay was a one of the kind. During our stay, on a daily basis, I asked about places to visit and more importantly; how much it would cost us for both travel and entry etc..and they were so helpful. Amazing Hotel and I personally recommend that you choose to stay at the Old Town Point Hotel without a doubt. Also it is situated around most attractions and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is out of this world..with a plethora of choice to fill yourself up with. The location is very good the breakfast also very good and the room is very good and clean but the noise outside especially in the early morning as the staff do their laundry outside our room and the smell of the laundry

Our room specially the hot tub room was located right in-front of the staff room and was the area that cleaners prepare their stuff. So in the early mornings it would be extremely loud in-front of my room. When I brought the issue to the attention of a receptionist, they were very rude and dismissive regarding my complaint. Very unprofessional way to treat your guests!

Location was a big plus, close to old town, shopping mall, public transport & also manageable to walk to the beach. The cleaning lady was great, with new towels & bedding every day, spotless clean. The spa ladies ( one turkish/russian & the other from Uganda) were marvelous, we really appreciated the sauna, hamam& massage👌🙏 Breakfast was variate and ok Beds were also quite comfy, AC was also functional as the climate is both hot & humid similar to a jungle in this area.

Breakfast starts late (8oclock) so if you depart for out of town early trips you will miss it, they tried a lame to go with an apple and a sad sandwich. Bought from out of turkey was at least double compared to the local prices, it looks more like a western 3* transit hotel worthing around 50-60€/night

Location was amazing, close to city center and old town, Konyalti beach is about 3 bus stops and a light 5 minute walk away, the rooms were clean and good smelling, staff was helpful and super nice.

The breakfast could have been better, same options every day, cakes were good but the main breakfast part could be a bit upgraded to have more things to choose from, you get sick of having a menu for 6 days and not a lot to choose from.

Overall, the hotel was wonderful. The staff was great. Breakfast was phenomenal. The pool was nice. Location was great and fairly central. Overall it was a wonderful experience and would certainly re-book there again.

The location was good, the air conditioner helped a lot, and it was clean and worth the money.

The receptionists were not welcoming and did not smile. They lacked a customer-friendly attitude. The breakfast wasn't great, it was the same thing every day and lacked variety.

Conveniently located between Konyaalti beach ( a 20 min walk away) and main shopping areas the place is a nice city hotel to stay at . The number of various places to eat and enjoy Turkish coffee with oriental sweets nearby will undoubtedly leave you spoilt for choice and a huge amount of various shops will tick the boxes if shopping is up your street.

I wish they had iron in each room, instead the entire hotel shares one iron that's located in the common area.

Location is far from the activities location. It depends on the activities you are planning to do. Location near the old city only
