Hotel Cesmeli exceeded all my expectations during my recent stay. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The rooms were modern, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities you could need, including a comfortable bed, flat-screen TV, and high-speed internet. The breakfast buffet was also exceptional with a wide range of options to choose from. The hotel's location is also a plus as it is situated in the heart of the city, offering easy access to the city's main attractions. What stood out to me the most was the impeccable service provided by the hotel staff. They were always willing to assist with any queries or requests I had, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Hotel Manager Mehmet even arranged a friendly tour guide Mohammed Ata, who exceeded our expectations. He was very kind and helpful in every matter. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Cesmeli to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the city. The exceptional service makes it the perfect choice for both business and leisure travellers alike.

There’s a back door in my room, and it will open itself during the night, it can’t lock properly.

Got a bigger room as the staff so we have lot Of luggage, so very thank ful for that but only one the room that we received the aircond and the refrigerator was not functioning. But anyway its ok for us because we book 2 rooms, and we can just use other room facilities. Otherwise the staff was very helpful and the breakfast is great.

Cannot park in front of the hotel, so need to bring all the luggage fast so that the car behind can pass by. The car need to park in the building behind of the hotel and u need to pay for it, so just be prepared.

Nice location, brilliant staff and really nice breakfast. Mahmut who is the hotel manager was absolutely amazing & he deserves to be promoted. 👏 His customer service was exceptional, a real good example of how someone who is professional and knows exactly how to treat the hotel customers in a correct manner. He should be used as a prime example on how to train all hotel staff anywhere in the world! Also the rest of the staff were amazing as well. Would definitely recommend anyone who visits Busra to stay at hotel Cesmeli, especially whilst Mehmut is there as you will be well treated. I hope the hotel owner realises how good his staff actually are they all deserve a pay rise for the exceptional service the provide & the way they manage the hotel .😊

Parking- Hotel drop off and pick up is a nightmare as it is a one way street and there no space to park anywhere.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cesmeli hotel in Bursa. The room was neat & clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities available including a lift. It's located in the center of the old town with all the tourist places within walking distance. We found the hotel manager, Mr. Mehmet, very friendly, he provided tips for visiting all the nearby places, he speaks good English. He offered us fruits when we arrived, such a sweet gesture. All in all, it was a value for money stay at Hotel Cesmeli. Highly recommended!

The location just so perfect! You need to take a 1 minute step to see Koza Han and surrounded with bazaar. The famous Iskender just a few steps to get in there. The room for me is ok, the room is tidy and clean, they provided a kettle, hair dryer, frigde, functioning TV, aircond. The toilet also clean. Overall, i would recommend this hotel to stay if you visit Bursa and I definitely will stay here if i come again.

Only one thing that they should improve is their breakfast. If they can serve hard boil egg in their menu for breakfast, thats gonna be amazing😊

Location of the hotel was good.

The staff was unable to speak English and was always unable to understand our needs. Even the google translator were used by us but still their staff was unable to resolve any of our issues.

This is our second time staying in this hotel in Bursa, its has retained it's 1970's style features. I'm sure it was a really smart hotel in them days. There is Air conditioning in rooms, free WiFi, Breakfast is included & it is typical turkish style, we liked it. Why we initially chose this hotel, was because its right on the doorstep of the grand bazaar and the grand mosque ( jami ulu). There is shops around the hotel and a really cheap carpark. Famous iskender kebab shops around the corner and one behind the carpark- the hotel will guide u. The grand mosque is beautiful and has a water fountain inside it. The hotel is in an excellent location, its a good price and they accept cash upon arrival.

Our stay was exceptional and enjoyed a lot. Location of hotel is very good. Everything is at walking distance e.g restaurants, markets, attractions etc. The staff very helpful and cooperative especially brother Mehmat who helped us a lot and Mr Soban who took us to different places. Breakfast was also satisfactory. Definitely, I will like to stay here again.
