Almost everything else was good. From the help and treatment of the stuff towards the guests to the breakfast and the comfortable and clean rooms. Breakfast was varied and delicious, and the place was indeed small but very comfortable. Location is really good, just a few meters from important places in Bursa, like Koza Han, the Grand Bazaar, the Grand Mosque Bursa and the Green Tombs, which can be seen from the rooftop.

The walls are too thin, so you can hear absolutely EVERYTHING of what happens inside the building. The lift is too small and a bit too slow as well, and also, although the room was super clean, the bathroom was smelly due to the pipes.

Location is just behind LC Waikiki bursa. You can stop at heykel tramway station and also bust stop Just few minutes walking to bursa grand mosque and koza han. Walking distance to teleferik taxi station and also dolmus. Iskandar kebab just steps away. Our room was upgraded to suites. 2 connection rooms and 1 bathroom. heater work perfectly. The hotel's location couldn't have been more convenient. Situated in the heart of Bursa, it offered easy access to numerous attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. One of the standout features was the availability of free parking, which was greatly appreciated as a traveler who arrived by car. The hotel staff was exceptional; they had a good command of English, and their willingness to store our luggage after check-out allowed us to explore the city without any hindrance. Lastly, the lobby's comfort and the 24-hour reception desk's availability were additional perks that contributed to a pleasant stay.

On the downside, the three-bed room was small, and the breakfast didn't live up to expectations. Additionally, the elevator was inconvenient.

Location just 5 mins walking to the Grand mosque area. Near to restaurant, groceries, bank and more. Clean. They provide kettle, tea and coffee in the room. Suitable for family and kids but not suitable if you bring your car. Cheap price because the location is near to everywhere including metro. Warm staff and professional.

I paid cash for 5 rooms because there will be extra fee if you pay by card. But not a big problem.

The hotel offers free parking at the back. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered me tea or coffee as soon as I arrived for check in. We stayed there for only one night as we were headed to Uludag the next day. The family suite was just lovely. They offered good breakfast at their restaurant located at the top floor, where you can also go out onto the balcony to enjoy the scenery. Carrefour was very close by and this was convenient as we needed to get provisions for our stay at Uludag. There are also many eateries within walking distance.

The stuff was very kind and helpful, they gave me upgraded room with very nice view on the city. Room was very comfortable with essentials, good shower. The location is also very good, very close to main atractions of the city. The hotel manager helped me to find transportation to other destinations

The walls were very thin and everything from neighbours and dining room was heard and it was uncomfortable. The breakfast also was not various

The staff was very nice and helpful, allowing us to hang in the lobby for a bit after check-out time while waiting for our rental car time. The breakfast area, at the top of the building, was very bright and offered a wide selection of options.

The very small and impractical bathroom in room 304. Difficult to shower without getting the whole bathroom wet and very small sink which was not practical to use without hitting your head on the overhead mirror and shelf.

Nier of center.Free parking behind of hotel .Very good wi fi in room.Personal very helpful and kind.Nier is one small carrefour.Heating was working on the room.Bad comfortable.On the Bazar you cann buy everything with very good price.Cofee tee for free .We pay for 2 double room 65 euro.

Towels must be renewed and pillow houses.Room 402 and 401 was ok in rest.We was in tranzit and stay just one night.Not time to explore Bursa.
