Musi from bar was played till long hours after midnight, which didn't let me sleep. Even if staff said they'll switch off at midnight, they didn't. Well... They need to satisfy one British guy who is drinking beer till 3 am, but why so loud? Rooms were nice, but you could hear everything from outside, no soundproof at all, you could sneeze, and neighbor could say bless you! A/C didn't work properly, always some issues with that. Missing warm water under shower

We enjoyed our stay very much, the staff are always nice and helpful, both receptionists and bartenders. The price-quality ratio corresponded to local conditions. I rate the location of the hotel very positively. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach. A "busy area" full of bars and restaurants starts 100 meters from the hotel, but it wasn't bothersome at all. There was always plenty of food for breakfast and nothing was ever missing. We would definitely come again xxx

The only minus is, there was no fridge in the room. Personally we were disappointed with the beach at Blue lagoon, but of course that is not the fault of the hotel :)

Pool was lovely. Everywhere spotless! Beds comfortable and rooms spacious. We had a car so being able to park outside was great. Breakfast had a great choice. Play area and kiddie pool great

Only negative was the smell of cigarette smoke which I suspect may have been coming through our air con unit from a neighbouring room!

Brilliant location, staff friendly and helpful, lovely pool and rooms well maintained and clean. Good selection of food at breakfast and plenty of drinks available.

Only a few few little issues I had, first one not being the hotels fault. Sun bed hogging is a big problem. Towels on beds as early as 6am but hardly used over the day. Other issue I had was paper cups in rooms. When it says tea and coffee making facilities I expect ceramic cups. Apart from that hotel was excellent

The hotel is located in the center, just 5 minutes walk from Bahcegiz beach and 15 minutes walk from Blue Lagoon. The hotel has a very nice swimming pool. Very friendly staff, breakfast was very tasty.

Wi-fi, when I booked the hotel-the description of the hotel included the availability of Wifi. But during my stay, the hotel staff told us that wifi works only in the lobby and near swimming pool. Besides, that everything was perfect.

I liked the most the location and the pool, which were perfect. The breakfast was very good as well.

The room (standard room) was not like the one in pictures. We had everything we needed, but the furniture was like the one in the photos, it was uglier. The wifi signal was not reaching the room we had.
