The swimming pool was very well maintained & very clean. The gardens were well looked after, with an assortment of beautiful flowers. The one bedroomed swim up room was very clean & spacious & well looked after by housekeeping. All the staff were very friendly & helpful. We wish to send extra thanks to Milan, Jack, all the chefs & the 2 gentlemen on Reception. Thank you for an amazing holiday! P.S - The ice cream milkshakes & cocktails are FABULOUS 👌

The apartments are near a mosque, so expect a 05:00am wake-up calls unless you take ear plugs!

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The premises was simple but immaculate, the breakfast had variety and was very tasty, the pool was a great way to relax - but ultimately what made it were the staff. I cannot thank them enough for making our stay wonderful from start to finish. They couldn’t do enough for us, from assisting us when one of my family was feeling unwell, to bringing wine to our room! They played games with us during meal times, assisted us with great ideas of where to explore in the area- they were just so kind and it was totally genuine. The Turkish people truly are the most hospitable and Mozaik holds it’s finest. We had a lot of fun exchanging languages of English, Russian and they even taught us some Turkish! A special shout out to Muhammet, Coşkun and Doğukan! All three of them made our stay wonderful and were so kind to us. Thank you!

The location was perfect. Close enough to easily walk to town but far enough away to be quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. The swim up rooms were fabulous. The lagoon style pool was so nice. Even in the school holidays, we could always get a sun lounger at any time of day. All of the staff were exceptional and bent over backwards to help out. The food was really great too.

There are no down sides.

Nice silent location even though a bit far away from the beach. Clean rooms, clean and rather big pool. Breakfasts are fine.

We had an early check out (before the breakfast served), one day before it we agreed with the kitchen they would prepare sandwiches to take away as we miss breakfast. At the agreed time, 7:15, no sandwiches / no one heard of this agreement. If there is no “take away” option, it would have been better to say it in advance…

I loved every minute of my stay at Mosaik Hotel , we were greeted at reception and the chap was very friendly and took us to our room and carried all the bags and showed us around. Breakfast was really good every day with plenty of choice and the staff were always really polite and friendly . Pool was great , a little cold , but it was October . The hotel was always exceptionally clean and tidy and the staff in all roles were always so helpful and nice . I would definitely come back .

Free wifi was a little patchy but no issue really and as we had a lower ground room that probably did not help the signal .

I liked the fact we had a room with lots of space. I would have preferred a swim up room with balcony but understood that the family rooms were on the lower ground floor. Breakfast was delicious and great choices and perfect timing for service. Pool was lovely clean. Cleaners were very attentive.

Was told to ask my children to be quieter whilst playing at the pool side as there were other guests there who wanted a quiet holiday. We had paid the same price. Perhaps it shouldn’t be open to families if they want it adult only.

The rooms all had the mountain and the pool view. The pool was cleaned every night and disinfected. The flat was very spacious and very clean. Food was fresh and delicious. More importantly the staff who were very friendly, professional.

The hotel room was lovely: spacious, modern, clean and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious with a good shower! The room had a swim-up pool which was cool! although we didn't use it. Food: we only had breakfast here which is included, and it was lovely. Staff: very friendly and attentive Location: Stayed in the Oludeniz area many times and location is fantastic in any hotel in the valley area, not far from the beach and surrounding bars, restaurants and shops

Hotel room: not enough storage - only a wardrobe and a couple of bedside draws. The position of the room meant we never got sunlight on our terrace and the pool was cold! Nothing else bad to say!

Lovely & Personal Boutique Style Hotel Location to the centre of the Glitz was great Quiet if you wanted to be - Fun Loving access was an easy stroll away. The pool was fantastic & the staff were friendly-professional & proud of their hotel

We spend 5 days with three children (5, 10 and 14 years old) in Mozaik hotel. Before going there I checked a lot of hotels and read dozens of reviews, so I hope mine will be valuable for someone :-) First - room size, we selected family suite with two bedrooms, it was very comfortable and big enough, around 60 sq m or so, clean and new, i read a lot of reviews of other hotels with complains about bathroom and cleaning services - in Mozaik everything was perfect. Second - location, its about 500-600 meters from main beach and 200 meters from "main" street with restaurants, disco, shops, etc. So, especially when you are travelling with children, it has a very good location - its not far but quiet, children may sleep without any disruption. A lot of hotels writing that they have their beach - its not true, there are only public beach, to the main one you may easily walk, but if you will be with children i would suggest laguna beach which is 5-10 minutes driving (parking 25TL per day, two sunbeds with umbrella 60 TL per day) it much more suitable for children.
