The only minus is that there is no real coffee (grounded coffee beans esspresso), only Necafe variations. Turkish coffee is perfect

Breakfast, Lunch & dinner was always fresh & a huge choice was on offer. The staff are amazing, Martin, Melissa & Oskar. Constant entertainment during the day. The positioning of the Hotel is perfect - 2 mins from town centre & 5 mins from the beach. The rooms are tidy, compact with nice bathrooms. We had a small fault with the shower one morning - Fixed within 30mins. Cab rides to anywhere local, you'd want to go - always under £3. Either walk 2 mins to cab rank or ask the hotel to call one for you. Will be returning for definite.

On arrival was given a room we didn't book, stank of smoke - BUT...Was soon rectified. When sitting round the pool, you cannot escape the ignorance of smokers.

The location is ok, in case of food you have a lot of choice and it was quite tasty. Room was very clean

Old facilities, especially in a bathroom. AC is just over your head and it's difficult to manage comfortable temperature. WIFI was weak. Last year we stayed in another part of the hotel, room, bathroom were more spacious and new there

The staff in the different departments were super friendly and helpful. Especially the bar crew in the heat all day every day, BIG THANKS!The location is great, but the beach at the lagun is awesome!!! The different options, troughout our stay, in the restaurant in regards to the meals were well excepted.

There was a lack of general hygiene. To many hand sanitisers on different location were not working. Or empty and never refilled. But in a buffet restaurant with so many utinsels being used by so many people..tricky to say the least.. A lot of flies by the buffet section as well.

The entertainment staff were fantastic! Great with my 7 year old son. The night time entertainment was brilliant too. A great variety of shows, not your average terrible karaoke type shows. The location was great too and the free shuttle bus to the lagoon.

The breakfast was my least favourite meal of the day, if you like a full english then eat out. The room you eat in doesn’t have air con and is very hot. The main pool area is busy so you have to reserve your sun bed early. There is an adults only pool however but we had our son with us so never used it.

Great food, good entertainment, beach club 25 mins walk or minibus from the hotel. The beach club has free sun-beds and umbrellas. Good swimming pool. A lot of flowers and plants on the territory and a nice mountain view.

We spent 10 days resting at this hotel. It mostly met expectations, solid ALL inclusive, level hygiene, friendly staff, average room layout, but WIFI, or internet availability does not exist, not even in the lobby! The beach is at least 700 m away, and the famous Kumburnu beach and over 1 km. But a taxi is cheap, about 2 euros.

In today's time is unacceptable that a 4 * hotel does not have an internet connection!

The location was great, just few minutes walking to the Oludeniz beach. Food was very good, variety of dishes each day (vegetarian options as well). Gym was well equipped.

The hotel was quite noisy until late evenings (unless you fancy staying at the bar till midnight), staff in the restaurant was sometimes too 'eager' to clean plates from the table (sometimes literally taking the plate while one has not yet finished). Gym could have been open earlier in the morning and children should not have been allowed to 'play around' there. Wi-Fi was very very slow in the room and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

there were many things that I liked about the hotel such as regular shows every night, kind and helpfull staff, and the swimming pool was a huge plus to our holiday it was equipped with baskball nets and football goals wich my kids really enjoyed the staff were great to as they were playfull towards the kids and showed a lot of positivety during our stay. the food was delicious with many dishes to chose from, trust me you would not leave this hotel hungry alongside the drinks wich you could help your self to at anytime or a staff member will happily pour you a drink. An all around lovely hotel wich I recommend to anyone who is looking to stay at oludeniz.

The rooms weren't big enough as we are family of 4, the rooms was quite compact with not to much space to move around another downside to this hotel is the ac was quite loud and often made it difficult for us to sleep.

A bit far for the sea 15mins of walk, but nice to do for all inclusive vacation) Ground floor room we had - main uncomfortable thing we had, too small sunlight, too many people by the door, its fine for no so long stay.
