1)Good hotel for its price. 2)Very close to viewpoint. Close to everything. One of the best locations. 3) Good breakfast. We compare with another hotel in this area when we stayed there half a year before. 4) In the room you have everything you need.

1) noisy because of the bar nearby but music was good)) Anyway it is not a problem of the hotel. 2) manager speaks English not good. It may be a problem if you want something specific. Nevertheless he was helpful. 3) you need to wait hot water in the shower.

1. We love our ground floor rooms because we have a courtyard right in front of our rooms. It is very convenient! 2. Every morning breakfasts were great. Hot Turkish tea, coffee, bread, eggs, cakes, fruits were excellent. 3. Warm water in the bathroom was always enough for us all. We never ran out of warm water. The water pressure was good as well. 4. The location of the hotel is great because Tepe Hill is just the hill behind the hotel which we can just walk to see the view of hot air balloons during sunrise over the fairy chimneys. The hotel is almost inside Goreme Town Centre. Mosque is very near so as resraurants, travel agents, souvenir shops, cafes etc..

Rubbish bin is only in the toilet. Should add one more in the room.

The room was very spacious, and the breakfast was excellent, tasty, and very diversified. The rooms were clean, and there was enough storage for an extended trip. There was also an upper terrace with a gorgeous view of the surroundings and the city. Unfortunately, no balloons were flying that week, but I can imagine the view being even more beautiful with them around. The reception guy was also very friendly and eager to help with anything, answer any of our questions, or contact other people to find out more information about different tours.

A small thing that could be improved is the coffee options in the morning. There was only instant coffee, which is not that bad, but when visiting a country so famous for its coffee, we wished we could have a taste of Turkish coffee or at least a better one during breakfast.

I mainly liked the situation of the accommodation in the center of Goreme… The breakfast was good, there was everything… The cleanliness was good… And the Wi-Fi worked well… The terrace is something that gives great value to this Hotel

the bed made a lot of noise every time you moved... We were four people and we had to ask for toilet paper every day because we ran out... not important, but I think they could leave several rolls...

the staff is friendly and very helpful. good location as to the restaurant and shop in goreme area is within walking distance, around 5-7 minutes. the road to the hotel entrance a bit narrow and steep. breakfast is delicious and freshly made, the menu is same every day. the bed is comfy, very simple and room is nicely decored. worth it, suitable to those who in limited budget. the tour packages provided by hotel is awesome. recommended 👍🏻

not really clean enough. a little bit dust and sand on the floor. the cabinet in toilet, drawer is obsolete and some missing an item. in general, not really well maintain.

Rooms are greatly furnished: sturdy wooden beds with extremely comfortable mattresses and crispy clean sheets, matching cupboards, stone walls and floor that gave chill in summer, very nice and convenient bathroom. The territory is nice : inner yard with tables, two terraces with panoramic view. Great breakfasts. Very friendly and helpful staff, who even gave us early breakfast on the day of our leave.

Hard enough to find a parking , but that's the whole's town problem

We were completely satisfied with the accommodation. The room is spacious and clean. Every day we got water and towels were changed and the room was cleaned. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The location of the accommodation is perfect, everything is close, the hot air balloons flew over us every morning and the lookout point was also close. The staff is kind and helpful, they helped to book all the programs and also booked a transfer. I recommend to everyone!

Everything was fine. There is nothing I didn't like.

Staff is very kind and calm, quiet and doing good service. breakfast is nice and fresh, rooms authentic, and nice decorated. location very convenient, close to the center, nice terraces and restaurants, view point... nice terrace and atmosphere, rooms cleaned every day. Free coffee and tea and hotel as a nice little sign of hospitality, free waters in room every day.. Easy PCR organization and transfers to the airport.

Internet. We were without for whole one day cause of rain, and rest, half of room was not covered with it, so only way to have connection ( that was not stabile as well) was next to the window in room. We came on 16.9 when there was a big rain, on 17.9 we had balloon scheduled which was cancelled cause of rain. We had 2 more days ( 18, and 19.9) and we asked for balloon one of these days, next morning 18.9 were flying but we were scheduled for 19.9 and that one was cancelled at the end. After 4 days there we did not have chance to fly as we wish. These are not all concerns of hotel, but as it was organization through them i consider hotel should suggest us 18.9 so we could be sure for balloon flight.

Timat who manned reception seemingly day and night was great. Perfect English and very helpful.

Beds were a bit hard and you have to request housekeeping for multi day stays. The breakfast was good unless one is gluten and /or dairy free, and is basically the same each day so it gets a bit repetitive.

There is so much I loved about this property. It felt like a safe sanctuary away from home, especially with the courtyard and dining balcony. The team are incredibly informative, patient, kind and helpful. In particular, Umut went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable with my bookings and made sure I booked a good weather day for hot ballooning. The whole team helped move my bags, clean a room and accommodate me for an extra night. The shuttle service was reliable on the way there too.
