Charming little hotel very close to the center, but quiet area in the same time. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast on the terrace was one of the delights of the day: a very abundant offering in a very nice setting. Room was smallish, but the price we paid counter balanced this inconvenient. All in all, a very very pleasant stay in Goreme. As a side note, I would suggest to book the Red tour with the hotel because it includes the Goreme Open Air museum in the price. Other companies may offer a slightly cheaper price (5EU difference), but the museum is not included

Wi-fi kind of flaky, as you can read in other reviews. You'll eventually have to do your communication in the reception area, but that's not the end of the world.

It was really nice place. The stuff were really helpful and friendly, I could ask many things about Cappadocia. I have been many place this is one of my favorite. The location was really nice, easy to reach center of Goreme. They even helped us to reach to Kayseri airport. They have nice private tours too. You can discover Cappadocia with them. The room was made by cave and it was really cool. The breakfast was nice too. I definitely recommend!

Everything was nice but just wifi had problem. It is not big deal but just for letting know. Maybe they already fix it.

Hotel was very good and we do not have anything major to complain. Would definitely recommended to anyone: the cave aspect, seen around Cappadocia is a plus, even though our room was just about 1/4 embedded into the mountain. Location is very good, easy to walk to any place in town. The restaurants near the hotel (further away from the main strip) are more affordable but still have awesome food. Room was comfortable and cozy. Breakfast was great, with lots of options.

While breakfast was great, it starts at 8:30 am. Meaning, if you go for a tour you might miss it (if your tour leaves early), or you might have to wait for breakfast to start if you get back from a ballon tour (or ballon watch), as you would return between 7:30 and 8am. Perhaps having it starting at 8am would be best. Our room had a couple of light bulbs burnt and was quite dark. Hot water was just warm at late night - but still decent for a quick shower. Internet was just ok in our room, but decent outside/restaurant/lobby. I'd say it's expected from a room built inside the mountain, so no demerits there. Overall we had great days in Goreme and I'm already missing it.

the hotel was great! I had lots of doubts before booking but now I understand I had no reasons to worry I like the room, the view from the window, the location, the hotel itself (it’s beautiful) and the staff the location: it is really close to center but in the quiet part. and it is close to the balloon view point the hotel has a terrace with a beautiful view. I can’t say if you can see balloons from there or not - because we went to the view point every morning (or slept)). but during the breakfast and in the night I enjoyed the terrace I like the breakfast: it was really tasty. maybe it could be served a little bit earlier, but as almost all tours start at 9.30 - it’s ok. maybe it sounds funny, but the important thing for me is a water pressure - and it was great😂

1. good wi-fi is only at the reception. it’s true. 2. towels and linen were clean but obviously old 3. not sure it is a point but when you leave you luggage - it is just at the common area, which can be a little be unsafe🤷🏻‍♀️ 4. no air condition. we were in September - and it was not a problem as the evenings are cool, but in summer it seems to be a problem

The location was excellent, right near the lively part of the town. The staff were friendly and helpful, and were able to book tours of the region for you. The breakfast spread was a buffet of delicious Mediterranean food, and there was free filtered water to refill bottles.

Unfortunately, there was some mold on the bathroom ceiling. However, this is a common and almost expected issue when there is a shower inside a cave. This issue was only in the bathroom - the rest of the suite was fresh and clean.

Strongly recommend Nature Park Cave Hotel. Their rating should be 10. All are great! Especially the owner, Abdurrahman and the receptionist, Furkan, Emine and all the other staffs are very hospitable and helpful. They gave good suggestions for exploring Cappadocia. Even the activity tours they offer are in good quality and price. I always got their reply rapidly whenever I texted. The location is close to the main bus station about 7 minutes walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. The terrace and the breakfast room have wonderful views. Good value for the price of room.

Excellent location walking distance to hotels; great rooftop for watching the balloons in the morning; good, typical Turkish breakfast, staff available for late check-in; bed was comfortable; shower worked.

Wifi was woeful, slow and impossible to upload anything to my website: this hotel is not suitable for digital nomads! The room is only a bedroom and bathroom although I was aware of that on booking; no kettle, etc. The curtain over the window was translucent so the lights from the courtyard shone straight into my eyes at night and the morning sun straight into my eyes; better, opaque curtains would fix this problem. Coffe at breakfast was very weak and watery.

The room was clean and comfortable. It's a nice quiet hotel with excellent location at Goreme. Nice terrace. Breakfast was good. Furkan was a great host and helpful. He knew how to talk to guests unlike the night manager.

The night manager was unpleasant and unhelpful. There was no kettle lid or any coffee powder at the reception so I just requested him. He just ignored me and didn't help me. When I left , I smiled and thanked him for my stay, he didn't smile or say anything at all. The bathroom sink had a crack and hole. Shower was not good. No toiletries at all (just a tiny soap).

The staff was really helpful and explained what I could see around. I was frequently given updates on pick-up times. The price is good for the location. The courtyard is nice and you can watch the hot air balloon from the terrace. I can actually watch the balloons from my room window. I had a wonderful stay in Cappadocia.

I wished that they could clean the toilet bowl well. The bowl has stains and smells. The hair dryer was broken and is made of flimsy material, but this was replaced quicky with another one of the same model.

It was a very good location, very clean, rooms are big and very nicely decorated. Staff are very helpful and very organized and kind. It was a very beautiful experience staying in this hotel.

The food in the breakfast gets over very quickly as the hotel is popular and restaurant staff don't repeat most of the items. So if you reach little late in the breakfast ( within their scheduled time) you may not have any food except bread and some cheese. Wish the hotel change this and this hotel will be perfect
