Everything Beautiful and clean and the staff were the nicest we have ever encountered in Turkey. They were so pleasant and helpful with everything, our room cleaned everyday, beautiful breakfast, beautiful staff, so clean, everyone so pleasant , they couldn’t do enough for us. We will be back in January.

This is a beautiful property in a beautiful location in Nishantasi. This property deserves a 5 star rating, everything about it is absolutely perfect, food, beds, location, cleanliness, everything, a fridge stocked with all types of water for drinking, food sent to our room when we asked for it , fruit and detox water delivered in the evenings if we were in This will be our home in future as we go to Turkey 2 or 3 times every year Thanks so much to all the wonderful staff.

Pleasant room with lots of space, large shower, good lighting. Location is very quiet but close to a bustling shopping street, restaurant options, and essential Osmanbey metro station. Staff members all are very well-trained and excellent.

For all of its comforts, the room consistently had a slight sewer odor that staff indicated was not controllable. Not clear where in the room it was coming from. When the hotel spells out that it is not recommended to drink tap water, they should be replenishing bottled water for free like most hotels in this category. Side street main entrance is a bit off-putting during a nighttime arrival but perfectly fine looking once the sun comes out.

The rooms are very clean, spacious and modern. I love the rain shower! And above all: a quiet neighborhood. Extremely friendly and assistive personnel. Excellent breakfast, personally brought to your table: various slices of bread, crèpes, roll, various olives, various cheese, various spreads, tomatoes, cucumber, any egg you favor, excellent coffee, Turkish tea, yoghurt or serial. A basket of various fruits was brought to my room when my suitcase was delivered and a cool bottle of potable water with lemon and mint was refilled every day.

I'm not complaining but for some a 10 minutes walk to to the nearby Osmanbay metro station might be an issue. Keep in mind that I choose my hotels wisely and prefer to have a hotel outside the busy and rural city center.

The suite was spacious and it had a nice small kitchen with basic utilities for those ordering in. It had a good size fridge which we utilised to put in some of our shopping. On our arrival the hotel staff was nce enough to bring a fruit basket and a detox water which I thought was very thoughtful. The breakfast served was delicious and had a lot of variety. The staff are all very helpful and always ready to help. The rooms were cleaned daily. I had a package delivered before my arrival and they kept it safe for me until my check in. Communication with the hotel before and during our stay has been positive. Would recommend for those travelling to the area as we really enjoyed our stay. Despite being so central to everywhere it was so quite in the rooms and we had a good nights sleep.

The suite requires more lighting as I feel the current lighting is inadequate. Another issue for me was the location. Whilst extremely central to Nisantasi and a half hour walk from Besiktas and Taksim, it's a headache finding a cab because it is such popular destinations and therefore traffic is high and cabs are reluctant to take on passengers. We actually did the walk from Besiktas and Taksim to the hotel. Walking from Taksim was not that bad. However, walking from Besiktas it's all uphill and was quite a trek. Although the traffic and the taxi is not the hotels fault it is something to keep in mind. Personally despite the above I would still visit this hotel again.

What a lovely hotel! Staff were more than amazing. extremely friendly and helpful and always so welcoming. they couldn’t be better. The hotel is very clean. room was spacious and very nicely decorated. the staff at the restaurant are also so good. shout out to everyone from housekeeping to reception staff, restaurant staff. Location was also good , a few minutes walk from restaurants, cafes and little shops. first day we arrived early, staff tried their best to give us early checkin, when they couldn’t because they were full, they offered us complimentary breakfast. They were very helpful throughout.

Nothing at all. the only thing that can be improved is maybe have more variety in Breakfast.

EVerything was vey nice from the beginning to the end. All the staff the including the receptionist in the evening and morning as well as the breakfast staff were so competent, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing with all the sorts of cheese and olives and bread. They put fresh water with mint everyday as well as fruit basket. I was sceptical that it is near to a medical center but there was no noise. Even the other customers were so silent and kind. Ufuk was very kind to accompany me to the taxi which could not enter the road. Well done. Hope the Labour of all these brillant young staff are appreciated by the owner or the director.

So glad I booked this place, I was travelling from the UK to see my dentist who is probably 200m away. I arrived late evening and was offered drinks and snacks before heading to my room. Receptionist was exceptionally friendly. Room was a standard but I 100% think it is above a standard room it’s similar to possibly a staybridge suites in the u.k with kitchen facilities. The girls who served breakfast were awesome nothing was too much and the breakfast was great itself especially on the terraced area outside. Nothing bad to say about this place. It is in an upmarket part of the city but it’s also great value for money, would definitely stay again !

Nothing to note

The team of the hotel was very helpful and very pleasant. Mr Solyeiman (owner and manager of the hotel) was on top of everything, he was trying his best to make everything you dreamt of comes true. The breakfast is an added value for this hotel. The breakfast area was very cheerful. The location of the hotel is excellent about few minutes from the main shopping area.

The hanger of the douche in the bathroom cabinet of the penthouse room at the fifth floor was too low and the manager was informed about it, he promised that in our next visit to the hotel, it will be fixed. I would have also preferred if there is a small cafeteria which can provide light snacks at night (light snacks, drinks and sandwiches).

The breakfast is a Turkish breakfast and was very good and you do not need more than what you are offered

You need to have an espresso machine in the room instead of the old coffe machines. You also need to have more English and Arabic channels in the TV as you are serving tourists and not Turkish citizens

First of all, we enjoyed the area and atmosphere there. I searched a lot before booking this accommodation since we were looking for a place with no noise and we got satisfied. Although the apartment is located in the middle of Nisantasi which is a busy street, we enjoyed our flat. The flat was entirely clean. You will find a coffee and tea maker, refrigerator, toaster, TV, hair dryer, a hygiene pack (toothbrush and etc). Also, they always ask you to clean your flat or not, and they manage it according to your favorable time. The staff was really polite, welcoming, and helpful. They prepared us with two water bottles. Moreover, the breakfast was excellent. You will get stuffed for many hours, so you have to have your lunch late.

I did not feel comfortable with the mattress types they are using. They are too soft for me and it made me feel pain during the day. Also, it would be nice if they prepare the hygiene pack according to guest numbers. Since we were 3, the pack was prepared for two.
