The location is perfect. Several excellent restaurants and shops are close by. Overlooking the park was wonderful as all suits have the park view.

Facilities in the suits can improve a little. Although staff was kind to provide us with most of the what was missing in the suite. We did use the kitchen so it would’ve been helpful to have a few more utensils and kitchen equipments.

The property was quite boutique so it felt super homey but it was also very spacious and in the perfect location for shopping. I also loved the staff from the receptionists to the room service, everyone was super smiley all the time and down to help or have conversations. Staff treatment can really make or break a place and in the case it really made it for me!

Some of their furniture is a bit old/worn out

Location was great, had park near by that’s what made it favorite for my kids, it was cute and very clean property, staff was good, host Behram and other staff were very helpful and polite that made our stay more comfortable, thank you 😊

If you visit Istanbul for shopping this hotel is the best choice since it is located in great shopping street that include local and international brands, it is also very safe, and nice. Ibrahim , Mujdat and Nardi were available to help 24/7, I would like to provide a special thanks to ibrahim for his support to keep my baby trolly when i forget it in the front door, also the hotel allow cleaning service every day and the lady “ GAMZA” manage it thank you for hard work, smiles.

This hotel is a gem The location is very convenient in the biggining of a little merchant street in the middle.of an upscale residential neighbourhood. At short walking distance you can find everything you need From Coffeshops excellent locals and international brands, restaurants to little shops and malls. It is very pleasant to walk in this neighborhood and there is even a parc right next to the hotel. The appartments are perfect size for a family or even for a couple on a short to medium stay in Istanbul. Last but not least the staff is just wonderful Very helpful and ready to go the extra mile to help Always greeting with a smile whatever the time of day and night and very resourceful. we believe They make a big difference in our stay as to Compare to other nice locations we have been staying in previously.

The ceilings are not very thick, and it might be sometimes inconvenient if neighbours are a bit noisy at night During the day even if it is an active street, you don't hear much.

The walls are not very thick and we can hear what the neighbours are doing .. especially if they are a bit loud

Very good rooms in a nice and central location. 24 hour desk coverage by knowledgeable people. Very friendly atmosphere. Good AC. Nice kitchen in the suite. Enough places to buy things and eat out. I will certainly stay there again.

The hotel is in a very good place near to malls and to centre

But needs to be more cleaned, it was a little bit dirty we stayed there and they came after 3 days to clean,and I’m not recommending it for the cost

Nothing. Just for your info: the new management of the facility now they are focusing with number of children. Reason of course more money - it’s business - maybe because Covid economic problems not easy like before although there was no breakfast or extra bed needed . anyway it’s a good place to stay

The staff’s hospitality was exceptional, they were always ready to help 24/7. Even the cleaning Lady Gamze was really sweet and cooperative.
