The hotel location is great, easy to access almost to everything. The staff and management are very helpful. Rooms are extremly clean and well designed. Just loved it! I highly recommend it.

The location is perfect, close to shops and restaurants. Calm and clean area. Safe to go around the streets alone. The metro stop is 5 min away and then you can get to the main attractions in the city.

I turned to become a loyal guest in this hotel and this was my 5th stay due to exceptional location, attentive staff and great value for money. I'm in Istanbul for medical check up - the hotel is just 200 m from Americaan Hospital; besides there is a busy district with many cafes, shops and mall just 5 minutes walking- a popular Nishantasi area. It perfectly fits my requirements- rooms are clean and neat which is necessary for me.

Just the rooms lack a long mirror and hooks in the bathrooms and where the tea making tray is no plus so have to move to bedside table.

The guys here are FANTASTIC. I had rhinoplasty surgery in Istanbul and came from the hospital to Diamond to recover.... they guys were really kind, attentive and caring. They asked me each day how I was doing. They brought me ice packs for my swelling and would ring the room to see if I needed anything. I felt really well looked after and at ease here, with alot of support. The room was clean and the cleaning staff were friendly and thorough. I am so thankful I chose this place. The guys are the best..... I'm so happy to have stayed here for my week of recovery!!!!

The only thing was it would have been good to have more choice for breakfast. A little more choice such as fruit yoghurt and maybe cereal would have improved this.

I would highly recommend this nice decent boutique hotel to anyone wishing to enjoy a nice comfortable care-free stay in the central part of Istanbul, one of the poshest areas, Nişantaşı. I was not quite sure about the hotel initially, as I made a quick last-minute booking and the choices of the centrally-located hotels were limited. And as I arrived I was very cautious if the place would look the same as in pictures, if it would be clean, if the hotel staff spoke any English. And was very pleasantly surprised! This is a nice clean hotel with very welcoming and relaxed hotel staff, who speak good English, who do not make a fuss about anything and try to meet your needs. I arrived early, and even though I knew I could not check in before 2 pm, the receptionist checked me in without a delay, without even mentioning that they did a favour for me - and for no cost at all. My room was a standard small room, with very good bedding and comfortable mattress and two very comfortable new armchairs - I just sat in there all evening as I arrived, it was so comfortable. The rooms have a functioning air-conditioning, which is smth to be appreciated for a small budget hotel in the centre of Istanbul, especially in summer. As for the breakfast - surprisingly good and decent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone without a reservation! Or maybe my expectations were so low from staying in the overpriced hotels in Taksim square - with poor service and poor breakfast and unwelcoming hotel staff, that I was really pleasantly surprised with this place. Overall, highly recommended!

The service and reacepion staff were so helpfull nice and polite. It was warm and nice.

Oh, where to start from. the facilities are very tired. There was nowhere to hold the shower head. You have to hold it with your hand while taking a shower. There is no one hanger for towels in the bathroom. The windows were not closing at all. THE last day of our stay they fixed it. The bathroom floor was not draining properly, and the tiles were sleepery.
