I came from a different city and arrived feeling unwell due to severe food poisoning. The staff took exceptional care of me throughout my stay. They went above and beyond by purchasing medicine for me, even accommodating the transaction when I had no cash by charging it to my room. They consistently checked on me, provided bottled water, promptly responded to my late-night calls (which were a few per night), generously brought me complimentary bread as I was too sick to eat, and ensured my well-being during breakfast. Additionally, they arranged a taxi for my journey to the airport, making my travel experience remarkably comfortable. Their attentive care made me feel like I was being looked after as if I were part of their own family.

The Hotel airport transfer to and from the two airports worked well: it can be recommended. The price appears at first glance a bit high, but when you have experienced the slow traffic and chaos, you will be happy that a meter of a yellow taxi is not counting!

Three problems: 1) When booking we requested twin beds, and 2 small ("children's") pillows because of neck problems. This was all confirmed. But when we arrived this a surprise to the staff. And only after searching in a pile of papers it was recognized, but then it was too late for the evening staff to get hold of the pillows. Clearly, no preparation for the arriving guests. 2) Sometimes the staff at the reception had real difficulties with communicating in English. 3) Even when leaving the room well before noon, with the green light switched on, the room was sometime not made up when we returned about 4 pm - which meant that we 3 days out of a total of 10 days (2 stays) did not have the room made up. - All in all, this causes frustration, and does not befit an allegedly 4-star hotel.

It is really close to the key touristic points.

The expectation to tip all the time. It is pretty uncomfortable when all its made with the purpose of leaving tips. For example, we refused help with luggage knowing that a tip is expected, and the receptionist purposelly gave the key to the concierge " with the idea that he will help us to explain how to use the room/services" etc. But this is mostly a common aspect to all in Turkey, not only related to this facility.

The service of the staff, the gentleman at the front desk went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. Breakfast was also very good and the location was excellent

The only thing I can mention was that there was a noise couple next door and we could hear them late at night talking

Breakfast is monotonous, little variety of dishes. Almost the same food was served all week.

Very pleasant place to stay - good facilities, spacious rooms, nice breakfast with some variety. A view that is hard to beat - breakfast/restaurant zone, some of the rooms and commonly accessible terraces open up against Hagia Sophia and the Bosphorus. So location is just excellent- in no time you'll get access to the main attractions - Sophia, Cisterns, the Mehmet palace and others. Lots of restaurants and cafes around in addition to the one the hotel provides you with. The partner SPA is placed in such a way thay one can get there directly through hotel's lobby without needing to walk the street. The stuff is exceptionally nice and helpfull, the rooms are well equpied with both heating and AC to provide the guests a comfortable stay in any time of the year.

Had a very nice stay, but if I have to pick-up on something - maybe soundproofing wasn't entirely there. It was one of my choice criterias, but I could hear any minor noise outside the room like elevator or even the clicking of the automatical lights in the corridor. Luckily the room was placed in a way that it didn't receive any noise from the street. Also a funny light malfunction in the room that made the lights blink every 10-15 minutes at night, when the lights were off. Didn't find that critical though

The location is fantastic, very easy to reach and right next to the main attractions. The staff were great, and gave us a very warm welcome from the beginning. Specials thanks go to Mr. Ayhan, guest relations! The room was very comfortable, spacious and quiet; just what we wanted. The view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing, and Mr. Orhan, the owner definitely deserves a special shout out for fulfilling all our requests while traveling with an infant. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

We had some issues with the AC, however the staff at the property did their absolute best to fix the problem for the second day and even offered us a room change if we wanted.

Antusa Hotel goes above and beyond in its breakfast offerings, providing a more than sufficient variety of delicious foods to choose from. During my first three days, the presence of the mouthwatering kunafe added an extra layer of delight to the morning meal. The attentive waiters further enhanced the experience, proving to be not only helpful but also friendly.I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Antusa Hotel. The combination of a warm ambiance, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff created a positive and memorable experience. The location, coupled with the overall atmosphere, made my exploration of Istanbul's historical sites convenient and enjoyable. The waitstaff at Antusa Hotel truly stood out with their helpful and friendly demeanor. Their attentive service during breakfast added a personal touch to the dining experience, making guests feel well taken care of. While the rooms were generally comfortable, the softness of the mattress was a drawback, particularly for those with back issues. It would be a significant improvement if guests were offered a choice of mattress firmness to cater to individual preferences and ensure a more comfortable stay.Antusa Hotel's commitment to guest well-being is evident through its thoughtful addition of a traditional hamam services and ala carte restaurant at a discounted price for guests. Despite minor considerations, the overall experience was positive, and I look forward to returning in the future. The combination of great service, a delectable breakfast spread, and a central location makes Antusa a standout choice for anyone exploring the wonders of Istanbul. I felt that Antusa Hotel offers a delightful blend of comfort, excellent service, and a convenient location. With a few adjustments, particularly in the mattress options, it has the potential to become the perfect home away from home for visitors to Istanbul. I would gladly return for another stay in near future.

Mattress: too soft for my poor bad. kept waking up middle of the night to change position, room too small for portable bed when offer.

Managers Furkan and Hamdullah were very kind and helpful. They helped us with taxis, general information about the city and did their best to make sure we were comfortable at all times. Cleanliness in the rooms was top notch. My friends had the spa and massage and they were so relaxed afterwards. The breakfast was great. We looked forward to it every morning. The staff was very kind and gave us infromation about places we could see and about Istanbul in general. It was the highlight of our day. The view from the rooftop restaurant where the breakfast is served had a breathtaking view of the city.

The hotel's prime location, just a few minutes walk to the Aya Sofia Cathedral, added to its appeal. Our room was a great comfort, featuring a large bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. The highlight was undoubtedly the beautiful terrace restaurant on the top floor, providing an incredible view of the Bosphorus. The spacious and clean shower added to the overall comfort of our stay. One of the standout aspects was the generous breakfast spread, offering a diverse range of delicious options. The hotel staff's helpful and informative nature contributed significantly to our positive experience, making the stay a great value for money. The sound insulation was very poor so you can hear the toilet flushing and the shower sound so clearly, I think that was the major issue it was very disturbing during the night
