The hotel is in a great location. The room was spacious and spotless. The personnel was very helpful; The breakfast had a great selection.

Make sure you book your taxi from the airport to the hotel in advance. Don't organise excursions or buy a SIM card from the airport. It's a total rip-off. Istanbul Markets Grand Bazaart has fantastic architecture and history; unfortunately, it's not shared with the public. The bazaar and the restaurants in the Old City are extremely expensive. Istanbul has two different prices, one for the Turkish people and one for the tourists. It is a shame, as Istanbul is a great city.

Location to historic sites, eateries, metro, tram stops

Breakfast was the same every day except maybe changes to ĺess than 5 items. Hot stuff was lightly warm. Had to ask staff to warm up soup in the microwave . Sade was very accomodtive asking if she could get us anything for breakfast, and we mentioned we liked kiwis that were in the fruit basket in our room. Next day she had them sliced and sent to our room. All the staff are so happy to assist with anything guests need to make their stay pleasant. Spa is open till 10pm. Happy hour is from 4-5pm.

Everything from entering the hotel to departing. I can't express my satisfaction. The guy who receives you at the gates and from each and every member of the staff, no matter what the issue is, they will take care of it. They take care of you like a child is taken care of by its mother. If you ever plan to go to Istanbul to view Hagia Sophia. Don't miss this location as it's only 5 mins away for both Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosuqe, and all meusuem, to mention a few. Apart from their services, breakfast is the best among all. I would like to mention the lady, Saeeda, who serves you with a big smile on her face and makes you feel like you at home. I simply loved my stay and time in Istanbul and especially at Dosso Dassi Hotel, but never felt like I was abroad. I felt like I was in my own home with all caring people around me. They not only help you find the best deals but also take your feedback.

There was nothing to dislike. Just a feedback to add tissue papers in bed rooms :) rest is touching perfection.

The hotel staff is very pleasant & extremely helpful. They go above & beyond. The room was clean with all amenities like cotton buds, cotton face pads, dental hygiene, and slippers. We asked for iron & and bathrobes, which they happily provided. The sauna & steam room are the highlight of the hotel alongwith it's superb location. Special mention of their lavish breakfast with a huge variety to choose. Special thanks to the guest relations manager Seda Aslan,who looked after our requirements thoroughly. She would give us details and helpful tips for moving around the city & shopping.

I must say, our experience at the hotel was nearly flawless. We genuinely couldn't find anything to dislike. The service, facilities, cleanliness, and even the buffet exceeded our expectations. It was a truly enjoyable stay, and we highly recommend it to others

Staff were very good all of them they helped us with everything we asked them about When you call they come quickly and serve you about any thing you ask them for , first we did not like our room it was small they upgraded it to sweet They were very helpful murat , Seda, all of them but i cant remember the names., breakfast was good with many choices and location was good close to all most historical places , shops, markets, restaurants , tramway within walking distance you can go everywhere very good place to stay, besides rooms were cleaned daily clean hotel

The staff were exceptionally friendly, and nothing was a hassle for them. Their 'can do approach' was second to none. Ranging from cleaners, to the staff in the breakfast bar, to even those in the lobby desk, everybody was respectful, helpful, friendly and always smiling. Can (pronounced Jon) was fantastic. His interaction technique with my 9yr old son was brilliant. Totally rapport and soft skills focussed approach. Location, 2min walk down the hill brought me literally outside Hagia Sofia

The hotel is exceptionally clean - truly! The room we were given was wonderful - very spacious and extremely comfortable. This was a concern of mine before checking in as I had read some of the reviews but the room was really big. Excellent air conditioning both for hot and cold temperature. The staff is amazing! I’ve done my fair share of travelling around the world and the staff at Dosso Dossi truly impressed me. Very helpful, very professional, very welcoming! All in all an amazing stay so a big thank you to Dosso Dossi and until next time! Wholeheartedly recommend the hotel!

The Wi-Fi worked perfectly for the first few days and then it didn’t. I’m not sure if it was a network issue or too many guests using it. Also the rain shower is great but the hand held shower doesn’t have enough pressure. Neither point was a big deal for us as the positives truly outweigh any small issues one might have!

Amazing staff. In particular, Seda and Ozan were very helpful and always at our disposal. The location of the hotel could not be better: 3-5 min walk from the main attractions. Impressive breakfast selection . Confortabile bed and warm room.

The room could have been better decorated and larger. It didn’t seem like a 4-star hotel room: the view was towards other rooms. Of course this makes the room quiet but also a bit dark. There wall also holes in the walls and no wardrobe. The cotbed provided for the baby was flimsy and potentially uncomfortable.

Everything about the hotel was great, from the extensive breakfast choices to the friendly and attentive hospitality offered by every member of staff. The location is absolutely superb, 5 minute walk to Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern and the Blue Mosque among others. There are also literally hundreds of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, talk about spoiled for choice! I highly recommend Dosso Dossi Sultanahmet old city as the perfect place to base yourself for exploring wonderful Istanbul!
