We stayed in Atam Suites for eight nights and we are a family of five. We found the location of the hotel fantastic as it is surrounded by many restaurants and the most important places to visit in Istanbul : Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, etc. All those places are a walking distance from the hotel. The staff, mainly Ziya, was welcoming, helpful and attentive to our needs. Their advices were valuable. Ziya organized for us the shuttle services from and to the airport and the Bosphorus boat tour. We really appreciated our stay and we recommend it.

Excellent location near Aya Sofia and blue mosque and city centre walking distance Friendly staff thanks to all of them especially Mr. Berat in the reception and the kitchen staff. They offered us a complimentary breakfast upon arrival. They kept our baggage for some hours in their store till we did our check- in as we came early and rooms were occupied. clean and neat rooms. Nice view on Marmara sea. They respond rapidly to any comment or request like fixing any device or changing it if needed. Quite area at night

The apartment in the third floor was actually two separate rooms not interconnected which was an obstacle with two children and cold weather. Water only once upon arrival. Three floors without elevator 🥹 but staff helped us in carrying our luggage. You need to climb some streets to reach nearby activities 😵‍💫 but this seems to be the whole Sultanahmet are.

The staff were very friendly. They are complete in services and we availed the very good breakfast, laundry and airport transfer. It is walking distance from many attractions including blue mosque and hagia sophia. They helped us in carrying our luggages and even gave us a ref magnet for souvenir. The sea view from our room was incredible. They also have elevator. I highly recommend this place.

ATAM suites is a fantastic property bang in the center of all attractions in Sultanapeth, Istanbul. The property had all amenities and was super clean for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Istanbul. Most attractions were walking distance with restaurants, gift shops and convenience stores within 2 mins of the property. The location is top notch. Ziya and his family were super helpful and went out of their way to help us, arrange our shuttles from airport and also the local tours. Amazing family and they are doing a great job. The breakfast at ATAM hotel was great and fills you up ready for the day. We would surely like to come back to this property again and Highly Recommend !!!

The staff was really friendly and wanted to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our stay. They gave us lots of information about activities we could do and answered questions we had about getting around the city. The breakfast was good and had lots of different options. The location was a short walking distance from the mosques and tram station. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Istanbul.

It's in a great location and the room was comfortable. The only downside was that my room was close to the megaphone from which the daily calls to pray came from, including at 6am. I am a lighter sleeper so that was annoying because I could not sleep well, but that's my luck! The hotel itself was lovely, breakfast was included and all the staff was helpful and kind. 10 minutes walk from there and you are in the heart of Istanbul with all the main attractions, plus there are a few delicious restaurants near by.

I was staying at Atam suites for 3 nights at the end of September. It was my first stay here and I really enjoyed it. The bed was huge and comfortable and the overall decor of the room was super nice. As working myself in the hotel business for many years, I could really tell it is managed very well. Ziya ( the hotel manager) was very helpful and supportive, I had problems with my phone charger on the first day of my arrival, so he was going to the shop with me and helped me to sort the problem immediately. Moreover, he is going extra mile and makes sure, the hotel guests will have the best experience.

We really enjoyed the hotel. Good breakfasts. Our room was cleaned every day and there is no smoking smell in the hotel itself. Location is good enough for exploring the old part of Istanbul. 5 minutes and you’ll get to Ayasophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapy palace. Near the hotel located the sea , which means that you can have a dinner in terraces with very nice view, they are very close to the hotel. One more advantage of the location is that there is no noises from tourists, although it’s the center of tourist center. Definitely advise for anyone who wants to start the trip in Istanbul for a nice price. P.S: привет от женщины с розовым зонтиком:)

Although the room was cleaned every day, I lost my stuff on the second day of the trip. At the end I found it under the bed, which means that it wasn’t cleaned. This is not critical for us, just writing for improving the service.

Quiet place near the Blue Mosque and Sofia, 10 minutes from the metro and buses, with shops and places to eat a few meters away and a market with everything you need to buy from different types of tea to travel suitcases to take everything you buy during your stay.

No microwave but they are so many places to eat closed even the hotel ( breakfast)
