Walking distance to all historical areas. Peaceful and calm environment. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with changing the menu daily. Very clean and spacious rooms. Manager Ms Damla was so friendly and helpful. Other staff members including Ali, Sultan, Murat, and Mehmet maximally supported us. They upgraded our room to a suite room. We booked only for two days, fortunately we were able to got the stay extended for another three days. All the staff members guided us on our tours in Istanbul. The cleaning staff was matured and well experienced. There were lot of restaurants where you can have delicious Turkish meals, around the hotel. Special thanks to Ali on behalf of my family. A nice quiet hotel

We had a very pleasant stay VERY❤️ The team there were very welcoming, we felt they were our familyy, friendly and helpful in every wayy❤️ The wifi was amazing and the service was 💯 We stayed for around 8 days and we loved every bit of it❤️ They made a special sweet in their breakfast buffet And together with the team we called it (AMEERA❤️) means princess in Arabic. We met Mehmet, Ali , Damla and Murat… they were exceptional and we loved them so much Surely not our last time to visit such a beautiful place as Istanbul and as this hotel Much much recommended for vacations❤️

Excellent service, everyone was really attentive. Well situated, very clean, comfy beds, and big room. We’d read some Google reviews previous to the stay that had made us worried about cleanliness but it seems like that was the old management and not at all applicable to our experience. Exceeded expectations and would recommend.

The spacious bedroom was beautiful, and the Greek key pattern added a lovely touch. It looked even better in person than in the photos. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the Agia Sofia tram station and the Basilica Cistern. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful—I give them full credit for their excellent service. The manager went out of their way to arrange gluten-free meals for me since I couldn't eat the regular breakfast options, which was very much appreciated.

I had a wonderful experience in this hotel, I spent 7 days with my family. Great place to stay, amazing staff caring about the details (room, breakfast & service). Most of all, strategic location near to top insights in Istanbul (6 minutes walk to Ayasofya & sultan Ahmed). I recommend 👍

The location was perfect to visit all the main cultural attractions n close to restaurants shopping etc. Also the hotel is in a quiet street which is a real bonus. The breakfast was always good if same same every day.

The hotel room we occupied needs major upgrading. Poor electrical plugs location , windows with peeling paint n hard to open poor air con etc. Fridge in poor working order. Also rooms were not regularly cleaned

The warm welcome to the hotel, the staff were so lovely from the beginning to end of my stay :) The location was pretty decent too, old town vibes but modern. Was located nearby walking distance of tram lines (Cemberlitas) in one direction and several other points like a compass takes you to different areas. Great breakfast choices: Mediterranean and continental 💕: and can confirm as a coeliac there’s varied options which I spotted. I didn’t ask and can’t speak the language unfortunately, as I could see what was evident and was great. without a doubt best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel in years.
