Room was very clean, large and comfortable. Parking area was so convenient, safe and access to the hotel was so easy. Breakfast was perfect. Hotel staff was so friendly and kind. Even tough we had an issue during check-in, they were so nice, calm and managed the situation kindly.

In all Booking System, hotel identify itself as a pet friendly hotel without any restriction. Before writing my review, I checked it again and it is still the case. When we arrived the hotel, they said that there is a limitation according to the weight of the dog which is not written anywhere. We arrived so late, we were so tired and it was so annoying to hear that. Later on, they allowed us to check in after they got a permission from management. Later on, I checked again all the related parts in Booking web, took screenshots and showed them. They still insist that ´it is written somewhere´ but it is not. Also they could not tell what is the limit for the weight. A hotel can be pet friendly or not. If there are limitations, it needs to be identify clearly.

Room was not brand brand new in terms of design, but clean and cozzy. Breakfast was good in my oppinion, good choice of fresh food (just missed bakhlava in the morning :) ). As to location, may be not the best if you want to visit historical places, but since I came there for work and office of our partners was just near, it was very convinient for me to stay in the hotel. If I come next time to meet our business Partners, for sure will book this hotel again. Also, I really want to thank Hotel Team, all of them were very hospitale and helpflull!

The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. On my next stays, I will definitely check into Dedeman Hotel Bostanci again. The price performance ratio is very good."

Decent breakfast, good size room, Deniz helped us move final night to room with sea view

Shower room, bathroom could do with a scrub. Need to show pictures of what outside views look from room, TV channels need more sports channels and extra channels with English broadcast, Overall good experience. Need to add on description 5 minutes walk to Bostancı metro and on arriving use exit 5. Also if using public transport from airport use Havaist bus from Istanbul Airport and get off at Acibadem metro exit 3, and take metro to Bostancı metro station. Otherwise a bit of a hassle for the traveller.

This hotel was beyond my expectations. Staff was professional and respective. The room and other amenities were splendid. There was nothing as negative. Overall worth to stay and enjoy Istanbul from this hotel.

Parking fee was not clear on the booking. For every in-out, the 3rd party company is asking standard fee which was not that high but paying for each in and out in a single day is not a good business style for a firm. Needs to be better than this. Exit from parking to a industrial site also a negative to especially a tourist.

Overall experience was definitely satisfying. Room cleaning service was perfect, breakfast was really good. Sauna, steam bath, pool etc. was really good. Hotel has a great gym as well. Staff was really helpful.

Internet was not enough. Connection was really slow. Cant rely on the hotel internet. You need to pay 70 TL for bonnet in order to use the pool. Spa & Massage service prices based on EUR instead of TL and its quite expensive overall to market.

Hotel Dedeman is a perfect place to stay in Istanbul. It is close to the center and the Underground station. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. I’ll be objective, the stuff was good, also the breakfast, cleaning ( they change bed linen every day), put tea , coffee , water. But…

I had problems with room service, when I ordered lunch from restaurant, you see the price in the menu, but it can change, when you pay(, once I applied to reception, they apologized, but the next day the same, I want to think, that it’s only inattentiveness because of much work, I hope so
