Pros - clean - good location, 10 mins walk to taksim - spa area even though i didn't get to enjoy it a lot - some staff were incredibly helpful and nice - parking garrages available closeby

- pool was most of the time too cold at 26 degrees, only saturday evening was set to 30 - had to ask for bath robes for 2 days in a row and eventually had to go downstairs to get them

You can order food to the hotel which was good as some hotels don’t accept that.

There was only 2 complimentary bottles of water and when I asked for water, it was too expensive .

The location of the hotel was amazing . Everything was walking distance from the hotel. Taksim street was just 15 min walking. The hotel and the room were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and amazing has everything you need for breakfast and to start your day. The bed and the pillows and the towels were very clean and new . The washroom and the shower were very clean and new. The staff of the hotel were very friendly and helpful and they can speak English very well and they can speak Arabic as well. Special thank to “JAMILA” one of the hotel staff who was very friendly and caring about me because I was solo travel and she approached me to check on me and if I need anything. The staff of the hotel were very professional and helpful and daily they asked you about your stay and if you need anything. The hotel is very safe for solo travel and comfortable.

Everything was good and amazing.

There are several things that made me wish I was there for another night... I arrived much earlier than the check-in time and the kind gentleman at the reception went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with a refreshment until there was a room available. As I was leaving very early at 4am for my flight I wasn't able to enjoy the hotel breakfast but the guy on the reception was kind enough to make a box for me with a drink to take away. Also my room was huge with a single and a double bed for one person and a great water pressure in the shower!

The only reason not vote this place 10 is because the fountain in the pool wasn't working and the jacuzzi switched wasn't switched on. I thought it was off as no one was there but when I went in to swim it didn't come on. The hotel is on a fairly steep hill so having luggage is fine going down but not great if you are walking up (if you're not strong)

I booked this hotel for two guests, Barbaros and Oğuz, and they had an exceptional 5-day stay. They were extremely satisfied with their experience. The breakfast was delicious, the location was perfect, and the hotel rooms—along with the spa and swimming pool—were ideal for relaxation. The staff, especially the receptionist Bilal, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making them feel right at home. They truly enjoyed their time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Istanbul, with many attractions and excellent restaurants within walking distance.

I had a fantastic stay at Endless Art Hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always eager to assist with any requests and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The friendly atmosphere made me feel right at home, and I will definitely be returning on my next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay!

Staff was incredible, especially Jamele! She went out of her way to help us: 1. My son had just had jaw surgery and couldn’t eat solid food. She made some chicken soup for him especially. 2. I needed to buy some stationary somewhere and she sent me the address 3. I asked her where I could find wall mirrors like the ones in your breakfast area and she said she would find out. 4. She was always so extremely friendly, kind, helpful, pleasant and warm! I looked forward to seeing her every day! A lot of places in Turkey serve alcohol and it bothers me a lot since it is haram. I was extremely relieved that Endless Art did not serve alcohol on its premises. Also, it did not serve pork. Well done!

The first room we were in didn’t have any stand to put a suitcase. The second room, delux, did have lots of room. Very comfortable stay!

Very comfortable room. Enough space for 3 people. It was on 6th floor, but with no direct sun. And the air conditioning was working properly. Excellent service, cleaning of the room every day and very polite reception staff. We had shuttle from and to airport, very well organized by reception staff. Plus take into account that this service is paid cash as it is not hotel that is providing it. The breakfast is typical and very tasty.

It will be even more convenient if there is something to place the suitcase. As there is a space in the room. The street of the hotel is really steep, but the staff is helping with the taxi to take out the luggage.

Staff went out of their way to be helpful, arranging pick up from another hotel many miles away. Room was excellent, spacious and clean - whirlpool bath was an unexpected nice surprise! Staff very laid back and friendly. Breakfast good choice of traditional Turkish breakfast items. The pool was clean and large, although water was a tad cold!

The only thing that didn't work was the TV in the room - it had many Turkish channels but no English, and the Netflix/Amazon didn't work. But with so much to do and see in Istanbul watching TV wasn't really an issue!

After reading some of the comments recently about the place, my heart sank a bit...but the classic Internet of hyping everything up & reality being so much different. So I will go through everything individually, from my experience. The staff - seen comments of them being rude, alluding to cleaners stealing, not being able to talk English etc - I found them all to be very pleasant, helpful, respectful people who can talk English (whether one or two struggled with my accent but I've had that issue everywhere including the UK where I'm from, end of the day you're in Turkiye, it's not their natural language!). Dodgy area...it looks a bit sketchy, the pavement down to the hotel is beyond bad, however walk on the side of the road & cars understanding how bad it is, will not run you over, there were a couple of old women begging but nothing the hotel can do (but all of that is quite common in the City), they are clearly developing the area & things will get sorted...I had no real major issue with the room at all (there were a couple of things), but a comfy bed, good pressure in the shower, clean & plenty of shampoo, shower gel etc...it's all you need. Breakfast - fairly standard, but nothing bad really - fresh fruit & veg, breads, jams, cheeses, cooked meats, cereal just a normal continental breakfast, I love Turkish food so understandably I ate more often outside the hotel for Menemen etc. With so many different nationalities & religious beliefs visiting on my occasion, you have to appease everyone. Location is brilliant - bus stops either side of the road at the top of the bank going to literally all the corners of the City VERY regularly, Taksim Metro a casual 5-10 minute walk, the Havaist airport coach pick up & drop off is minutes away, Istiklal Street is a 5-10 minute walk, Supermarket at the top of the bank too.

The photographer did a good job making the room look bigger than it is ha, it's not the biggest - but considering we were barely in it, it was workable, but it is a little tight. Walls are thin, could hear people walking past...and erm, a couple certainly enjoying themselves if you catch my drift! *giggle*. Zero natural lighting, it's brilliant for sleep I will say, but it's a pain to get yourself up without an alarm or else you wouldn't know if it was 3am or 11am!, big window & then inches away from a wall! Also no Welcome pack, got the cover, but nothing inside, so a lot of guess work had to be made (but in reality it's a very minor thing, but it helps).
