Our stay was for 8 nights, one quadruple room and one triple room on the fourth floor. The hotel is excellent, the reception is wonderful, the staff is helpful , polite, respectful, and upon request and assistance (thank you very much to Mr. Hussein, Camal and the rest of the brothers). The rooms are clean, the mattresses new, and the air conditioning is cold. the site has many services such as restaurants coffee shops groceries (Carrefour, Starbucks, etc.) location is Close to Taksim Square, approximately 8-10 minutes on foot. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. We will definitely come back to stay there again, God willing, and I recommend this place

Me and my husband stayed at this property for our anniversary. We stayed for 5 nights. Our stay was incredible, the room was perfect, the bathroom was clean, the balcony was SUPER CUTE (didnt soend as much time as i would have liked due to the weather). The staff were really really helpful! Jamal was a star and helped with translation and even getting around Istanbul. The best thing about this hotel is that they will always try their absolute best to accommodate you and help with anything. I stayed in the suite with the jacuzzi and there was the cutest set up ready for me when i arrived. I needed help with how to use to jacuzzi as i was scared i might do something wrong, and Jamal came up to the room straight away and advised me. Towels & bedding was changed regularly. VERY CLEAN. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE. PERFECT LOCATION. Staying at this hotel has made me love Istanbul. On my next visit i will be sure to stay here. All the staff were so helpful and became very good friends with them. It added to the experience of visiting a new destination. You will 100000% not be disappointed with this hotel i promise you. If you’re looking for a VERY decent priced hotel with really good staff that are helpful, and close to all locations within Istanbul (you’ll either be a few minutes walk or a train ride away) then this is perfect hotel for you! I was very sceptical at first as it was my first time staying in a hotel that wasn’t a chain. I am a VERY fussy customer, I can’t seem to help it. But if you’re anything like me, i really hope this review convinces you because you’ll have the best time in Istanbul at this hotel. And I definitely recommend to stay in the suite with the jacuzzi if it’s available as the room is very spacious and who doesn’t love a jacuzzi?

Everything was spot on. Absolutely everything. Can’t complain even one bit. Only thing i would recommend is for the hotel to put ip better pictures as it is SO MUCH NICER in real life. Pictures don’t do it justice.

Hello, During my stay at your hotel, I must say that I have never seen such a concept hotel before, where the staff from the reception to all the hotel employees show interest and care towards the guests. The warmth, attention, and care provided to the hotel guests were excellent. Additionally, the decoration in the lobby entrance was beautifully designed and had an authentic touch, which is not often seen in most 5-star hotels. The cleanliness and hygiene of the rooms were also impressive, and I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again. Its convenient location makes it easily accessible to everywhere. Nothing bad thinks to i found.

The property was very neat and clean, and as soon as we walked in and saw the neatness at the front desk and lobby, we knew we would enjoy this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well stocked. Everything worked perfectly fine and the hot and cold showers ran well.

There was a minor fridge leakage and it was resolved.

Customer service from Camal was great! He helped out a lot and guided me throughout the stay.

There were some minor issues with the room, there was a water leakage somewhere when we got three but Camal got it fixed. The bathroom was way too tiny. It was hard for even one person to navigate the bathroom, plus the shower was super tight.

It has been renovated and things in the room were really new and clean. In comparison with the fee, it was a very fascinating choice. Caring staff, good location and accessibility, reasonable comfortability. By the means of kitchen and the stuff prepared in the room, you can cook and feel yourself at home.

Fast check in, close to Taksim market a very good restaurant nearby good staff

No parking but we managed to park all the time right near the hotel. Not very clean in public areas and in reception toilet 🚽, aslo in the rooms.

Luce Hotel is located in a good place, easy access to Taksim, metro station and other places. Staff were really helpful, all of them were really nice and polite and always willing to help their customers. Keep it up guys :)

We had short stay, the location was good, staff was very friendly. The room was clean and new which we like and the bed was quite comfortable.

If we have two single bed or one double bed, could of been a lot better.
