Outstanding location. Right in the heart of all major attractions. A lot of eateries on your doorstep.

No easy access with car.

I have noticed that the if you book directly from the hotel the price is lower than booking.com

with slanting roofs on top floor showers were average in 2 rooms 606/607. 605 was fine. Rooms could do with a chair in the room

The location is perfect in the heart of sirkeci .A few steps away from the tram station and spices Bazaar . Everything you need can be reached by walk. It was clean, the staff were polite and the breakfast was excellent , fresh and delicious with a lot of varieties, the breakfast supervisor welcomed us every morning with a cheerful and smiley face(forget his name)

The room was too small, the toilet too, towels were too old, soundproof between other rooms were too weak.lighting to be improved we asked for an iron and they said we don't have . Although it's a 4 star hotel. I would like to mention something about booking.com during the reservation.They offered me a FREE AIRPORT TAXI but I didn't get anything, then they asked me to provide an invoice for the transportation fees and I did but I am still waiting for their response.

If you plan on having breakfast here it's well stocked with a variety of options, but the highlight of the breakfast is the amazing floor manager ESEF who will great you in your language. ESEF providers a great atmosphere for breakfast experience and is always willing to provide you with fresh coffee and just the level of service for breakfast was unmatched. It was an experience without him. Overall, the staff here are very nice, helpful, and accommodating. They are the reason we are giving it such high reviews and of course the centralized location to the metro, tram, ferry, bazaars and other areas. We have stayed at a lot of different hotels within Istanbul and this has by far been the best for breakfast, location, and service.

The rooms are rather small so be prepared to have your luggage on top of your bed to get around. This was the only downside to the hotel as the room space was so tight we requested a better room and on the 3rd day it was provided.

The hotel staff is extremely polite and helpful. The room and bathroom were quite clean. The hotel is pretty central, so you can hear the horns but not enough to be bothered. The breakfast was plentiful, and the service was of great quality. Because the hotel is centrally placed, practically everything is within walking distance, and it is close to the tram stop, making it easy to get anywhere. In short, we were really delighted with our stay.

The bathroom could have been a little larger, but we expected that when we booked the room, so it wasn't a major concern for us.

This hotel is situated in a superb location, conveniently close to tram and metro stations. The breakfast provided is excellent, and I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Assad for creating a cheerful atmosphere and being incredibly helpful at all times. I highly recommend this hotel.

During my visit in April, the weather was satisfactory, although the air conditioning required daily attention. I am uncertain if this situation persists during the summer or if it is limited to specific weather conditions.

I stay at Eurostars every time I’m in Istanbul. The location for me is perfect and is walking distance to the grand bazaar and public transport is within reaching distance. The rooms are clean and comfy. The breakfast has a good variety of food in which you won’t go hungry. The staff at Eurostars ranging from the front desk / reception to the cleaners ( Ayten hanım on level 3 ) and the staff at breakfast are all amazing and are always there to help and they will always greet you with a smile. I strongly recommend this hotel

The most important feature that distinguishes the Eurostar hotel from other hotels is the friendly and sincere approach of the staff and their efforts to respond to all your request and needs immediately.they make you feel like you are at home.you dont feel like a stranger at all.other hotels ı have stayed in before have incomprehensible procedures complexity and communications problems with the guest.even though it was my first stay at this hotel,ı felt as if ı had stayed many times before. İt was my first stay at the Eurostar hotel.with my friend reccommendation and looking at the cımments on booking.com ,ı decided to make a reservation at this hotel,as soon as you enter the hotel ,you start to feel special.your welcome coctail is served while you are checking in. Meanwhile,you informed about the hotel.the room and the bed are really nice and comfortable.the location of the hotel is great.it is within walking distance to everywhere.you can go to the egyption bazaar,grand bazaar,sultanahmet,hagia sophia,topkapı museum,cistern,blue mosque and all the important places without using any vehicle ır public transportation.if you want to take a bosphorus tour,the ferries are 2 minutes by walking.by the way ı also benefited from the hotels spa facilities during my stay.moreover,ı was given a discount ı was very pleased.ı am looking forward to staying at the Eurostar hotel again on my next stay.Thanks all...
