It is an excellent botique hotel situated at a perfect location; a 5 minute walk from Istiklal street and also close to Galata and Taksim. Although very close to Istiklal, which is very loud, the minute you walk into the hotel, there is a sense of serenity and quiteness. Not to mention, it's very tastefully furnished and the best part of this hotel is the staff; very very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants quietness while being close to Istiklal; you will be amazed by the interior and paintings all over the place.

Only one suggestion; the closet area could use some lighting; it gets really dark in the evening.

Classy, historical atmosphere fitting this Orhan Pamuk and antique quarter of the city. I loved walking to locations from the hotel and having brought my bicycle I loved riding out from here (but caution, I love hills and all of this area is a steep hill). The breakfasts were delicious and the morning light in the dining area delightful. There was a large variety of foods to choose from. The building is very typical of the area. Stairs are narrow. You feel like a local citizen living there. The shower was warm. Service at the front desk was great for assisting in getting taxis or directions. The staff were all warm and friendly in their interactions.

The hammam was expensive for what you get. There are other options locally.

Great varied breakfast in a super nice place with wonderful homemade moderately sweet desserts which are so untypical for Turkey. Staff is super friendly and speaks English and Russian very well. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and full of paintings and nice details. The room has radiators you can control yourself to adjust temperature to what's comfortable for you. Despite the neighbourhood is busy and noisy the hotel is located in a place with no bars or loud restaurants nearby. You can still hear people walking by laughing at night or cars passing by with loud music but there's nothing that would bother you all night long.

The building is not soundproof at all (which is common for Istanbul from what I understand). About 1/4 of our room was a hall between two parts, and the shower was located super strangely — in a living room part. It didn't bother us much but was weird. The bed was too soft for me.

There’s only one word to describe this hotel: Perfect! First of all, the location is absolutely ideal. Just a 5-minute walk from the famous Istiklal Street full of shops, restaurants, and bars. Quick taxi ride will take you to the Blue Mosque, Aya Sofia, Topkapi, and much more. The suite was sensational! We were staying in the duplex apartment that was so spacious and comfortable that we wanted to extend our stay. Finally, the service and all the people working there are top-class. Murat is a superstar, ready to assist with anything you need at any time of day. His younger collegue, Devran, was also ever-present and very professional. The gentlemen at the reception (Levent and Emre) made us feel welcome throughout the entire 8-day stay. They were full of excellent recommendations, valuable info, and were always ready to answer our many questions. Also, who can forget the ladies who served breakfast. Nilo and the lovely lady who made us delicious omlette made sure that we start each day with a tasty meal and a smile. Thank you very much for the best possible stay! The place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and tidy and included all of the requirements you would expect from a hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. They also agreed to have an early check-in. The hammam inside the rooms was perfect and gave an authentic Turkish vibe. The variety of options for breakfast was very good and supplemented a nice stay.

A minor point, but if you travel with heavy luggage, there is no elevator.

A wonderful oasis of hospitality in incredible Istanbul. A special atmosphere and attitude to each guest. Every time I stay at this hotel I have a wonderful impression and a desire to recommend this place. I would like to note again: excellent location, attentiveness and kindness of whole Team of Faik Pasha Hotels, delicious breakfasts, designer interiors, impeccable cleanliness of the comfortable rooms.

Great location - 10-15 mins walking distance from Istiklal Street from one side and Galataport on the other side Spacious Room - we were given a 2BR room so we had a lot of space as a couple (we slept in different room each night 😁) with 2 toilets/shower coupled with lovely toiletries Value friendly considering the location and room quality and space

Breakfast can be improved, didn’t enjoy it as options are very limited. Not complaining but others should note that there is no lift so you should be ready to take a flight of stairs going to your room. Can be a bit noisy at night also with people partying and cars playing loud music passing by from time to time.

We stayed almost 9 days, and I agree with all the good reviews I read. I booked this place based on the reviews from Booking.com. They have amazing staff and are so kind/helpful, etc.; we can list them long. The location is very close (10 min Walk) to one of the key tourist destinations, "Istiklal street", where you can find many restaurants, shops etc. The Breakfast was amazing and fresh. I would recommend anyone who wants to feel the Turkish life stay (antique style bed/wall hangings/building interior and exterior)

Well I dont even know from where to start as it was more than fabulous. I stayed for 8 days and didn’t want to leave. Location was fantastic, GalataPort was 5 min walking down the street, many restaurants and cafeterias around. Hotel it self serves fantastic breakfast in wonderful facilities downstairs. People working in a hotel Are the best people I have ever met, very friendly, very helpful and understanding- that made my trip, thank you all for my wonderful and heart worming stay ❤️ Room was very clean and with everything you need, I stayed in 2 floor flat that had terrace too - it was fantastic. I’m definitely coming back. Thank you so much all for making my trip special 🤗🌞😉

It's not the first time I'm going back and spending my vacation in Faik Pasha Hotels. The atmosphere, clients orientation, good level of service, friendliness and hospitality of the hotel team are very attractive. As well as the interior of the rooms and apartments, impeccable cleanliness, snow-white towels and bed linen, comfortable mattresses and pillows. There is an excellent location in the Jihangir area, walking distance to the metro, tram stop and ferries. Thare is the pleasant restaurant at the hotel, where breakfasts are served. The breakfasts are delicious and fresh (including homemade cakes), held in a pleasant relaxed atmosphere.Nilufer, Emre, Levent, thank you very much for your care and help during my stay.
