Honestly, I didn't expect much from this hotel on the first place, but it pleasantly surprised me. The hotel staff were very polite. And although not all of them spoke English very well, it was clear that everyone sincerely wanted to help. I especially want to say special thanks to Ibrahim, who provided a lot of useful information about the city, locations, attractions and cafes. His help with regard to public transport and taxis was also very valuable. And a few useful tips definitely made my little vacation comfortable and relaxed. In general: the breakfast is modest but tasty. Comfortable and spacious room. Convenient location. Pleasant, responsive and polite staff.

The hotel isn't new, but generally clean. Only a couple of things were a bit uncomfortmable: the light switch in a bathroom sparked a little 2 times when pressed; and mold in the bathroom (although the room itself was clean). Maybe I was just unlucky with my room regarding these 2 things. And, if neighbors are noisy, you will most likely hear them from your room, but this didn't bother me personally.

The reception staff were very kind. One guy in particular helped us bring our luggage to our room and his smile didnt leave his face, I wish I know his name so I thank him in person. Spacious lobby. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Very close to metro station like 3 mins walk which is awesome

The single elevator is insanely tiny, and busy at the same time. It took me a huge while to bring down my luggage as the elevator was always busy and theres noway I could fit with one bag if there's only one person inside. even a compact stroller doesn't fit. If you have large or big luggage, you'll have hard time. Also there's no parking space whatsoever so Im glad I didnt rent a car in this trip. Large long tour buses cant enter the narrow street to pick you up. The room itself is cuzy but a bit small

The hotel is quite small and the left very small, The staff were very friendly and nice welcoming.. the moment you enter you will feel like your home, i had issue in my new SIM card and they went with me to the company shop to fix it.. breakfast was good also. Good value money Only if they can provide more comfortable pillows

The room wasnot ready and We had to wait for 1 hour but it was nice and quite big

Breakfast is simple but healthy .hotel receptionist are very helpful friendly n speak fluent English . Very thankful for them would love to stay next time when I visit Istanbul . Location is very good ,but traffic lol.

Bedroom is not that clean and hotel not provide toothpaste .

The hotel is well located in the up market area of Sisli in Istanbul, everything is in this area, with fantastic public transportation. The hotel is comfortable, clean and all the staff are courteous and friendly, nothing is too much trouble.. definitely not to be missed..
