We had a suite, which had a good size and a huge comfortable balcony. Bathroom was spacious and well-designed. On the highest floor they have a simple, but nice restaurant for grabbing a dinner. Not fancy, but a nice area to eat outside. Breakfast was good and beds were comfortable.

There were some construction works, which didn’t give too much problems for guests. The location is a bit far from the touristic areas, but the underground is just next to the hotel, which makes it easy to reach the touristic places. Even walking is possible. We enjoyed the walks, but it was not in the hot summer.

Firstly the staff and reception was excellent Secondly the location, right on top of the metro station close to shopping and eateries The location is on a busy street and our room was facing it but it is extremely quiet and restful We had a non smoking room and for the first time in 2 months there was no smoke odour in our room We didn’t make use of the spa area so no opinion on that. I find it odd in the reviews that I read that no one mentioned the great breakfast that is available in the hotel. We went out the first few days and were disappointed with the options nearby, wish we had eaten breakfast here every day. Like a Turkish breakfast should be. So many options and great quality

I booked a deluxe room and wanted an upgrade to the luxury deluxe room. I could not do it through Booking.com but the receptionist Ilyas was very cooperative and offered a free upgrade. The most thing I liked is the location of this hotel, it is literally a minute walk to the metro station which was very convenient. In terms of the room, the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Breakfast is also great.

The entertainment system needs improvement. The TV has very limited channels in English and Arabic languages. Also, a smart TV would be a better fit for a 5 star hotel. In addition, the bathroom needs a better draining design. Currently, water spills accumulate in the floor.

We recently enjoyed a delightful stay at Hotel Lasagrada. The facilities, especially the spa and wellness center, were fantastic. The massage was exceptionally good and left us feeling completely relaxed. A special thanks goes to Mr. Gökberk, who welcomed us warmly and provided outstanding assistance. His professionalism and hospitality truly made our stay special. Additionally, we would like to extend our gratitude to all the staff at the hotel. Every single member of the team was exceptionally friendly and helpful, contributing to an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be coming back!

I had a wonderful experience at Lasagrada. The location couldn't be more perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help with any request. From check-in to check-out, their hospitality made my stay exceptionally pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the city. there was a recurring issue with room service forgetting to collect our used coffee cups or replace them. While I understand that this is a minor inconvenience, it was unexpected for a 5-star hotel. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, and I would consider staying here again in the future.

Location was very good and it is near the shops. staff were very friendly and helpful, and I want to thank the SPA Reception Mr. Gokberk Tuncer for making us very comfortable during our time in the swimming pool.

First of all many thanks for mrs mirvat the supervisor from the reception for here kind hospitality and mr murat from bell team and all the staffs there was great team and very polite , this hotel my favorite hotel every time im coming to istanbul this hotel my target the location great all coffee shops and restaurants arround and very close the osman bey metro. location was walking distance from at least two shopping centers and in the middle of main streets I got a corner room which gives more space cleanness of the room

If you are driving a car its a little difficult to park near the hotel ;however, they are managing it by taking your car to auto park (with extra charge)

Before booking this hotel, I was quite worried due to a few negative reviews. However, the hotel exceeded my expectations. Please note that I’m not affiliated with the hotel in any way, and this is an honest review. Room: The Deluxe room was advertised as having a shared bathroom, but it actually has its own private and very clean bathroom. The room itself was spacious. Although it overlooked the back, it received plenty of morning sunlight, and the blackout curtains were effective in keeping the light out when needed. The sofa bed is suitable for only one adult, but the double bed is very wide, comfortably accommodating two adults and a child. The beds and pillows were very comfy and the daily room cleaning lady was amazing. Breakfast: The breakfast offered a large variety of international foods, including some Turkish options, with slight changes to the buffet every other day. You could order eggs any style without an extra charge. The breakfast hall was not dull, small, or in a basement, as the booking photos suggested. Instead, it was bright, vibrant, and overlooked the street and a water fountain. Staff: The hotel staff were professional, kind, understanding, and helpful. The lady at the breakfast hall, in particular, deserves recognition for her kindness towards children. She made our stay very special. The check-in/check-out process was super quick and easy, with no issues at all. The hotel was also accommodating with ordering outside food. Overall, the team was amazing! Location: The hotel is brilliantly located between Sisli (a vibrant neighborhood) and Nisantashi (a luxury shopping district), ensuring easy access to necessities like money exchange, supermarkets, and food. There's even a barista-style coffee shop under the hotel building. The hotel is right in front of the Osman Bey metro station, one stop away from Taksim and 3-4 stops from main attractions.

My room overlooked the backside, which had a permanent scaffold, but this didn't obstruct my view of the beautiful Istanbul skyline. The backside provided privacy and was not noisy at all.
