We stayed in Renata last year and chose to stay again this year for 6 nights without hesitating. The experience this year was as pleasant as last year, from a smooth check-in to a smooth check-out. We were allocated the same room as last year, which was a very nice gesture. The room was neat, clean and nicely designed. Bravo to whoever chose the colors and materials of the rooms and their furniture. The beds were very comfortable and the housekeeping was excellent, much better than many 5 stars hotels we stayed in. The breakfast was very good with a fair variety of items to choose from. The location of the hotel was great, in the heart of Osmanbey, very close to the metro and many buses lines. The hotel is really lucky to have an outstanding front desk gentleman called Abdullah who speaks fluent English (which is pretty rare in Istanbul) and who goes out of his way to satisfy guests’ requests. We even called him on our way to the airport when we realized we were being badly scammed by the taxi driver who had taken us on a 1.5hr drive far away from the airport, just to charge us a double amount (!!) and he fixed it by reporting him to the station. Special thanks as well to Ferhan who helped us with the luggage and greeted us at each breakfast with a big friendly smile.

The noise made late at night by some guests (letting their kids run in corridors after midnight!) who were inconsiderate for others, but that’s not a complain about the hotel.

It is extremely clean, people who are at reception or in breakfast area super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Hassan, Abdula, Salem . It is good hotel for business travelers, for tourists like us it was important to have a large room , we stayed 9 days, we used subway a lot and it feels very safe in the neighborhood or metro. We recommend also Garden Iskander small restaurant one block from the hotel. It isn’t fancy, but a lot of local people go there for lunch and dinner. When you are going to attractions remember to dress appropriate, it is important

I'm thrilled with the exceptional hotel experience! The cleanliness is unparalleled, and the staff's friendliness toward my kids made our stay memorable. They promptly addressed our concern about the room location, providing a larger one at no extra cost. The complimentary breakfast, both delicious and customizable from the menu, added to the positive experience. The fantastic location ensures I'll be returning for another visit.

All was amazing

property was clean and room was lovely. we stayed in a deluxe double room. no complaints about the room other than the tv had the option for English apps like YouTube but they don’t actually work in English. also shower head was a bit leaky.

the food served was not great. as we came in a non busy time the breakfast we were provided was a set breakfast spread. some nice pastries and a fruit plate and omelette, but the veggie option was just a plate of vegetables and the only other thing served was a plate of salad. the hotel food was only room service which made sense, but the food was not good at all. always cold, overdone, and bland. also the other facilities were very minimal. a tiny health centre, the gym section was too small to be even called a gym.

I felt like we are home, From the moment we stepped in to the hotel Mr. Abdullah welcomed us at the reception and apologized for readiness of our room, we stayed for a while and they offered coffee and drinks while we are waiting for our room. Room cleanness and size is outstanding. the breakfast was just great and original Turkish breakfast. the house keeping was very good. I would like to thank all the staff Mr. Abdullah, Hassan, Hassan and Aziz every body gave us that feeling like we are at our home. The WIFI is too good, room service even at late time is just prefect. The location of course is excellent near a lot of stores, restaurants, metro station Osman Bei, money changers, cafes and Cavahir Mall. Thanks to every one in this nice hotel.

Its a 4 Stars hotel! But the Staff, facilities, rooms sizes, cleanliness, food and location makes it 10 Stars! Am traveling to istanbul minimum 5 times a years and it was my first visit to Renata, all what I can say that it was just magnificent! I love everything about that hotel! Abdullah, Turgut and the team let us feel that we are at HOME! Their service is amazing and always available whenever you need them! For sure from now on I will be a loyal guest to the hotel! Thank you so much again and see you soon!

Amazing hotel with a very good location,very clean the staff were very helpful and friendly specially ms.Abdullah , the hotel manger was very nice to us , we are a family of 8 and they had our reservations cancelled by mistake , the hotel manger called us he apologized to us and reserved a 5 star hotel for us until the problem was solved we really appreciate it . Highly recommended 👌😊

Staff were amazingly sweet, they all spoke english ! The managers were also super helpful and welcoming. The whole team was able to guide me on where to go and what to do . I loved that all visitors were families and that they always come back to this hotel, it felt safe. A lot of lebanese and arabs. Every was decent.
