The hotel is close to many attractions, but the street itself is quiet and calm!

The room which was for three had equipment for two! When we arrived there were no blankets in the room, we turned to the reception and waited an hour for the blankets to be brought to us. The room had a balcony but it overlooked a backyard. Breakfast was very poor and monotonous.

Walking distance to all main attractions of istanbul but the advantage is that the hotel is located in a quite street (no restaurants down the street). There is also a view on Aya Sofia mosque from the restaurant. 3. There is a Spa you can access for free and massages are offered at a reasonable price. 4. It is clean I would strongly recommend this hotel and surely will come back there.

1. Breakfast was ok but not great. Anyway should not be a huge problem, options are unlimited in the area where the hotel is located. 2. Some of the rooms are very small so make sure you are either aware of that before making the booking or just select a bigger room 3. Cleaning is done everyday but would recommend the hotel to invest in new towels

The location is really good, super close to the blue mosque,Aya Sophia and metro station. Staff were really nice and accommodating and the whole place was very clean.

Quite noisy, walls were thin, doors always banging. Rooms were a bit basic and breakfast was okay.

The location was great, everything was clean & the staff was most of the time very friendly and little problems were solved fast. The dinner I ate at the restaurant tasted great. The two ladies who gave us the spa treatment were super kind and worried about our wellbeing. They gave us an amazing experience. Also the cleaning lady was the kindest soul.

The breakfast was disappointing. There wasn’t a lot of selection and what we tried tasted bad. The lady from the spa reception seemed bored and we didn‘t feel welcomed. Not an energy we expect at a place where we go to recharge. There were some things that could be organized better. I had to wait too long for the check-in, there was an upset energy in the lobby from all the people waiting. Also the organization of the transfer could be better. The possibility to pay by card for example. Small things - not too bad, but when they sum up, your mood goes down.

Spa therapies, quiet room, friendly and welcoming stuff (Enes especially) and great location.

This was a great location, next to the main monuments like Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque. The staff were very accommodating and any issues we had they would try their best to help which we really appreciated. We were offered free drinks at reception whenever we came down morning/night, and the cleaning staff would offer to clean our room and replace toiletries everyday. Previous reviews had also mentioned issues with with noise but I never encountered this and had an easy sleep. The hotel also offered a spa service, with free access to the pool, sauna and steam room from 10am-8pm, and discounted massaging services (20%).

We booked a double room which was smaller than expected, with a fairly small bathroom but this was okay for myself and my friend. But if I travelled as a family I would definitely want a larger room as it got stuffy at times. The breakfast was quite basic and lacked quality with a limited number of options, and different from the advertised pictures which was unfortunate. We also experienced issues with our air conditioning (releasing hot air even when set at 16 degrees) and dirty water from the tap, but the hotel were prompt on rectifying the issues. These are small changes that I think the hotel can easily improve to make this a 4 star hotel.

location is perfect

Room is not too small but there some things that must be better, small closet, floor damaged, when bas sound isolation, these are maybe some little problems but it could make better overall impresion. Food is not bad but restaurant must be better for 4 stars hotel. Spa also not so bad but some things could be better, no thermometer and timer in sauna, entering the pool is very noisy, and some other small but important problems, no caffe in spa.

Everything was very good!, literally everything was very nice!. The hotel is close to the major tourist attractions, Hagia Sofia and Blue mosque are about 10 mins walk. And there are many nice restaurants (and bars) nearby. Hotel location is 10/10 👌. The rooms are quiet, beds very comfortable and is just a wonderful spot to rest after a long tiring day!. And we have a proper balcony with chairs and a table to sit outside and enjoy the weather! The breakfast buffet is amazing, many items hot and cold!. And the service by the hotel staff is impeccable!. They are dressed impeccably and their service is the best you can find anywhere in the world. Never anything they are unwilling to do for you and they are always happy to help you get the most out of your time in the area :-). 100% 5 👌 hotel 👌👌👌👌👌

Nothing, even the hotel decor was beautiful!

The staff was communicative, helpful, and professional especially the receptionists, bellboys and guest relations manager. They always greet you with a smile while entering or leaving the hotel. Location is amazing! Grand Bazaar, spice (Egyptian Bazaar, Aya Sofya, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace and Harem are all 5-10 minutes of walk from the hotel! (Very good for a city huge as Istanbul.)

The facilities could use some renovation in the future. However there was not anything major that caused inconvenience during our stay. Nothing broken or not working.
