Kindness of the staff, area and private car parking

Noise from other rooms, cannot sleep after 6am, isolation os bad between rooms

Staff are very helpful. Location is good as well.

The room smells bad. Very old and smelly carpet and sofa. Need to be replaced.

The location is ideal for exploring Istanbul with a Metro Station five minutes walk away. Nearby parking is free and secure. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a really good choice of food and a dinner we had in the hotel restaurant was very tasty and good value for money

The outdoor sitting area was very small but this is not a major issue. Paper maps of the Metro and Tram network would have been really helpful as all that was available was an electronic version that you had to download.

its not about i didn’t like but i wish next time, it will be better for breakfast to have more variety or even changing from day to day, i stayed for 6 nights breakfast have same menu

location was perfect for us the bed was really comfy, just perfect for us they have been clearing it every day

the floor carpet needs to be cleaned there is smell of smokers inside the room

The hotel has all the minimum standards for a hotel. Decent breakfast, food and drink prices were fair. The access to metro station is good.

There is a mosque near this hotel, where you gonna hear a loud call for prayer at 5 AM in the morning. That woke me up and I could not go back to sleep again. They do that 5 times a day, I don't mind the other 4 times but the one they play at sunset was a problem, Obviously I cannot blame hotel management for this. It is an Islamic country. But something that a guest should know of beforehand.

location is good, close to metro and forum shoping mall, and migros store, staff is super friendly, brekfasat is nice, parkging is 24h secure, great hotel for work travel

too noisy from outer rooms, not very good sound insulation, but not problem for me

Assalaamo alaikom, First of all i would say thanks to almost all Güneş Hotel staff, they are very amazing people Alhamdolillah, all willing to help you and provide you either with informations or serve you in a good way. For muslims like me, the mosque is just nearby Alhamdolillah, Thank you again

The only thing i didn't like or lets say was a bit exaggerating was the breakfast price, the breakfast was so delicious in both days that i had breakfast there, the staff there are very professionals

Staff made my stay feel like home away from home, they were charming, courteous and very helpful any timei needed advice

Would've loved some milk for tea in my room On arrival long flight Maybe an option for us foreigners who prefer a cup of English breakfast tea with milk Staff were awesome helping me buy some local little shop But I had flown 21 plus hours been travelling 26 I know turkish tea custom is not drunk with milk I now love Turkish tea I guess if I had of thought of it I could've have requested it So no big deal really

The location of the hotel was good, near transportation to reach any place in Istanbul, (Metro, Metro Bus, Tramway) It is also located near a small Migros The hotel is clean and they have a nice staff, which is always available to fulfill your requests

You can find many thingd to eat during the breakfast, but same menu everyday. You need to work on the breakfast's Menu and from time to time add new dishs to the menu You have to pay in order to use the Balance to wiegh your luggage
