Beautiful reception area, the hotel is clean with buffet breakfast and lots of options. The staff are polite and professional and they are always happy to help. The best thing is the restaurant being open 24/7 The room and the hotel is well designed with Turkish art and culture, beautiful view from the upper floors also the location is close to the city centre.

The pool and the jacuzzi water is cold and non-functional, I believe that they have not fixed this issue as I did see it on a few reviews from months ago however, because of this we only used it once for our stay, they also charged us 250 Turkish lira per person for swimming cap as mandatory. The housekeeping only changed the bedding once for our stay. We had changes of towels. Upon arriving to the room, the bedding was set up wrong. The restaurant is very pricey however the food and coffee needs improving to taste better.

Internet connection was very bad and the rain shower must be fixed (i tried different rooms over my stays but unfortunately most of them doesn't work probably)

Room was fantastic, a pleasant city view as well. The bathroom design is also very luxurious, loved that. There is a spa, gym, pool and restaurant which is great for people like me who have to stay in the hotel for long periods. Staff, though their English was sometime limited, were very kind. They made me a cake for my birthday which was a wonderful gesture!

The free wifi was quite bad, and often did not work. This can cause some problem for people like me who need to answer work email and send files to international individuals. You might have to go sit in the lobby to get a strong signal.

However too crowded after 5pm because of members from outside. 5. nice view if you stay at high floor with window with city view. 6. I have free upgrade for my last 5 days of stay. 7. rooms are non smoking and they are does not smell cigarettes at all

1. 100 euro deposit when you check in (maybe because of some people who does not speak english and thought mini bar and snacks are free). just make sure have 100 euro, dollar or credit card when check in. 2. my first night room has no view at all. just looks at residences buildings. 3. if you stay below level 5 and your window looks at busy city road, windows are not enough to block all noise. 4. staff was great on check in and check out, however some staff who is walking round should have some basic greetings to guess. 5. also, they are too busy to reply emails. 6. capsules not refilled. 7. swimming pool was small and water was not so clean at night time.

Exceptional staff, especially housekeeper Emine Hanım. The location is quite good and close to the public transportation and it's easier to get to everywhere. The staff was very attentive and helpful, especially Ozlem Hanim, who politely asked each guest every day about their comfort and whether there were any problems during breakfast, which is a huge plus for the hotel. The breakfast was of excellent quality and quantity, and I would like to note that the breakfast culture in Turkey is one of the best in the world. Thanks to the guys in the breakfast room who are diligently doing their job.

I would like to point out that the prices for plain coffee were quite high even for hotels, more than 10 euros for just one macchiato coffee is too much. It would also be great if the beautiful girls at the spa were more smiling. Overall, I really liked this hotel and I will recommend it to all my friends. The only thing I didn't like was that the pillows were terribly uncomfortable, but Ozlem Hanim solved all the problems. I appreciate it.

the building was beautiful, the room was clean and well kept, but what really makes this hotel shine above others is the staff. every single person we interacted with was exceptionally polite and outstandingly helpful. going truley abbove and beyond for the guests. I especially am thankful for the exceptional service provided by Mr. Yigt, and Mr. Ridvan. I would highly recommend a stay at this establishment.

getting taxis was a slight hassle, but otherwise not much to complain about

The staff is amazing! They are always ready to help with any request. We were moved to a new, larger room due to Wi-Fi and sound isolation issues in our previous one, which really improved our stay. The warm pool and sauna are great additions to the experience (but be aware that you must wear a swimming cap to enter the pool, so remember to bring your own or you can buy one at the entrance). The rooms are nice and comfortable, and the daily service is also on a proper level. Despite some medium-minor issues, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel!

The restaurant prices are a pure robbery. For the price of one main dish, you can order a full-meal course at a Michelin restaurant in the historical center. The Wi-Fi is inconsistent between different rooms and can randomly drop or log you out, so mind this when you plan to work from hotel rooms. One of the city-facing rooms had bad sound isolation, but it was rather an exception as the others were fine. Even though the breakfast is excellent, the coffee machine produces horrible coffee and cocoa.

The room was clean and staff helpful. I liked the city views from our deluxe room. Room air conditioned which was quite needed for the summer hot weather. Spa and Hammam were great too. Location is near metro and bus station but its really busy all day long so taxis might be a preferable way to travel.

Location; we used a lot of taxis to avoid over crouded buses and metro, which were not cheap at all. Rooms need updating, no smart TV so can't watch Netflix or smart view from phone. We couldnt use the Coffe machine in our room as the staff failed to provide pods and offered to change the machine but not happened in our 9 days stay !! Breakfast was great variety but gets boring with same menu day after day, if staying for few days would be great. The tourist attractions offered were not up to standard of 5 stars hotel so would go for seperate companies esp for the princess island tour which was disappointing and lacks organisation. The hotel should really invest in good Concierge.

The staff are the best. Helpful and friendly throughout the hotel, especially all those at reception. Seemed so calm even when I saw them dealing with other customers. Spa was great...welcome touch! I did not use the gym but saw that it was huge with lots of equipment. Only let down was the jacuzzi that was powerful, but not warm. Hotel spotless throughout, nice decor, breakfast was variety of foodstuffs. I had the superior king room, nice and spacious good for a week. A few restaurants and shops nearby. All in all I would definitely return here!

The most thing I like. The location and the lady who cleans our room here name is amena she’s very friendly clean and amazing and I loved the breakfast it a lot to choose from so many verity and it’s very clean

They charged us 40 euros each for a package and promised to show us a Turkish delight factory and honey bee farm but instead they took us to a shop that had both which you can see at any store in turkey we were really disappointed. We asked ozlem about it and she said she's going to ask. The second day they told us they couldn't do anything about it. It felt like we were lied to in order to buy the package
