Really nice hotel with clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast was quite good and a really nice view of Istanbul from the dining room. The hotel is located in a commercial area with lots of nearby restaurants, fast food places, grocery supermarket that make it really convenient. Restaurants in the area are much more reasonably priced compared to those downtown catering to tourists. The tram and bus station are a short 10 minute walk away. It is about 20-30 minutes to get to Sultanahmet.

Bathroom has a strange odor that could not be fixed during our stay. We had a second room that had no issues.

The hotel offers very good services, it is located near the Tram line that goes to the city centre in 20-30 minutes, all the staff were very friendly and helpful, there was excellent communication (thank you Diana, Ramazan and guest relations manager!), they helped us book a taxi to the airport, breakfast was very good as well (continental style, but with good choice of typical Turkish cheeses, pastries, and halva for example), and the view from the restaurant on the top floor was great (could see Galata and a lot more). Highly recommended!

The hotel could offer money exchange or there could at least be a cash machine inside. There could also be more information for tourists (even though it is not in a tourist area) and maybe some maps of the central parts of flyers for sightseeing...

The hotel is nice and clean. The room was spacious and there was a large variety of foods included in the breakfast. The staff was very helpful, especially Diana, who assisted us during our stay.

The pillow was uncomfortable and the window was not insulated well, it was noisy during the night.

It's a great hotel with great facilities. The staff in the reception, Meliha, Mahmud, and Egy up and restaurant (don't remember other names) were great; they were very friendly and helpful. The massage in the spa was wonderful. The room was good, comfy bed, clean and cozy. Thanks to all of you guys for the great stay

lived here for 10 days, I liked everything, honestly we were in the SPA center once, than didn't want it anymore, they clean the room every day 100%, there is a MAKSKY restaurant on the 11th floor, they cook very tasty. breakfast is ok but thanks to the F&B managers (Hasan Kurer) the location is good and thanks to Diana from the front desk.

In my first room, the room stank really badly but they upgraded my room and enjoyed my last few days in that room. Jacuzzi is cold

I love the size of the room and the view. All the staff was very helpful.

Even though the location is great in terms of public connectivity, still the area is not the nicest. There are a lot of nice restaurants in the area and I loved that, but there are also a lot of dirty streets. The hotel is very well maintained.

The hotel is special in terms of location and the services that surround it, such as restaurants and cafes, and there is also a pharmacy next to the hotel, as well as in terms of the cleanliness of the hotel. I thank all the hotel staff, especially Mr. Aziz, for his excellent treatment with us. Always thank you, Mr. Aziz.
