Accommodation was good . The location was good.

The hotel staff provided a disappointing experience. Despite requesting vegan options well in advance, we were served meat on the first day. We spoke to management, and he was rude . The hotel is beautiful, but the staff is horrible. When we brought this to their attention, the management team was extremely rude, stating, "If you're not happy, you can leave, this is not a 5 star hotel" eventually they gave us basic vegan items. The entire team lacked basic hospitality, and I would strongly recommend providing them with proper training, including improving their English communication skills, as this is essential for delivering better customer service in a hotel setting.

Steps away from Taksim Square. Great location. Staff were extremally helpful, with all of our requests. There is a near by paid parking, if you go with your vehicle. Breakfast was good, enough to get you going in the morning. Plenty of coffee and tea. Room as a little on the small side if you chose one large bed, but a lot of space if you go double beds. We had two rooms, that's how I can compare. Very, very clean place, the sheets were super white, like brand new. The staff are very responsive to your requests. Nice place over all. Great value for your money.

Very poor WiFi. While the restaurant is very small its open for hotel guest and non guests at same time and this is a wrong plan, always there is no free table !

A good location - close to İstiklal Street, Taxim Square, and Kabataş ferry terminal is about 10 minutes of walking away. Breakfast was nice. The room was warm and clean. In general, very good experience.

Heavy old-style windows that are hard to open. Opaque glass door to the bathroom - good enough, but some other less transparent material would've been more comfortable.

Location fantastic. A short walk to the high street. Room was super cosy and the bathroom was clean and water pressure excellent. Taxi from hotel to airport was very smooth

The lift was small. Can accommodate only 2 persons at a time. Because it was off season, breakfast was served in a small space next to the reception. It was a set breakfast..you eat what you are served

Only one thing, sometimes at the night there was so much noise outside in the street and you can hear it from your room, which is little bit disturbing

Fantastic location. Central but quiet. 5min to metro station. Very clean room. Super shower. Staff are very kind and helpful. Breakfast is very big, we could never finish it off. Excellent value for money. We will choose the same hotel when visiting Istanbul in the future.

very clean hotel, actually it was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever seen. location is amazing 1 minute walk from Istiklal street and 3 minutes walk from taksim square. very cozy rooms and well equipped staff is very helpful, we checked in at 9:00 am in the morning. breakfast was very good and delicious, it was not an open buffet, but it was more than enough. daily room cleaning and room service, the housekeepers were very polite and helpful. as for the rooms, even though being small, but it is excellent and surprisingly confortable i would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is located in the best location in Taksim, near Taksim Square and one block from Istiklal Cd, which is one of the streets with the largest commerce in the place. The staff is always very willing to meet our needs at all times. I highlight Hasan since he helped us with solving doubts, he helped us with the laundry service and also with the transfer service to the airport. in summary, a great hotel,

If you’re a tourist in Istanbul, this is the place to be. The best hotel located in the most touristic place in Istanbul. Clean, comfort and very friendly staff. I would like to mention the waiter, he was very nice, he helped us with the baggage for 500m in very high temperatures because we couldn’t find a taxi. 10/10 in every service. The price you pay for the quality you get is perfect.
