Location ,comfort ,WI FI everything was perfect.Especially I was impressed by the staff of the hotel who were very polite and ready to help you. I want to point out the man called Mehmet at the reception and Gulsade and Cenciz who are working at breakfast.who were extremelly polite willing to help us any time.Congratulaion for the hotel that was really very good and the people working there.

I loved the location, the breakfast and views from room were good. staff really friendly and helpful cannot fault anybody we interacted with

the swimming pool was a bit disappointing. there was mould on the walls and far too cold (especially as it was indoor pool)

Very friendly staff. Very helpful with guiding us for metro, taxi, sites to visit and managing transportation to airport with hotel taxis. Special thanks to Mohsen and Yasin and the rest of front desk team. (I did not get a chance to ask for everyone's name!) Breakfast was amazing! view of Bosporus, good varieties, and very friendly staff including Gucsade and Cehangir ( hopefully I spelled their name right! ). Would never forget their hospitality, services and kindness! Hotel location was in heart of Taksim, 2 minutes walk to metro station and Istiklal street where so many shops and restaurants were located. About 15 minutes walk to seaside, Galata tower and Galataport, Dolmabahce Palace. Thank you everyone again for such a nice experience and memorable trip to Istanbul! Mahta!

Gem of a hotel a few feet from Taksim Square and Istiklal. Beautiful lobby (lots of marble) with very friendly and helpful staff… I was upgraded to include breakfast from my Booking fare. Room was impeccably clean and huge, king bed, armchair, and enough room to do yoga in the morning! Well appointed bathroom, coffee and tea, and complimentary plate of fresh fruit. Air con working great, quiet room. Huge delicious breakfast buffet and cozy bar. The hotel has a beautiful hamam and very nice pool. There is a beauty salon and small medical spa (I had my lips 👄 done for a fraction of the price in US or Italy…great job!). The cost for my stay was very reasonable considering it’s June!).

Absolutely nothing.

The location is perfect, with a beautiful wiev over Bosbouros from our room. The staff was always friendly and helped us with everything we asked about, so thank you Mohsin, Serkan and your colleges at the reception, and Cengiz and Gulsade for serving us fresh and abundant breakfast! When we asked to change our room, that was no problem at all. Got good advice about transportation in the city and so on.The pool was great for a cooling swim after warm days in the city. The hotel was a peaceful place we like to recomend and come back to again.

View on our side of the hotel, overlooking the water, was excellent, but not from the other side where my children stayed. So make sure which side your room is.

The variety of the breakfast was limited.

everything is just right. The staff, location, the breakfast and all the facilities were adequate and convenient. All the staff without exception were extremely helpful. we interacted with the reception, restaurant (breakfast staff), bar, housekeeping, I can remember few names, Mohsen, Ferit, but all were very courteous and helpful.

nothing, I read some reviews about guests complaining from loud ambulance sirens, etc but there is a large hospital nearby so it is completely normal. I don’t think you will find a large city where you will not hear ambulance sirens although it is a busy street, night life, etc you don’t hear any noise maybe our room was conveniently located.

Muhsin at the front desk was really friendly and helpful . Hava from the house keeping(5th floor) was amazing , she made us feel at home , cozy and safe stay . the breakfast staff was very helpful and friendly , very keen to make us happy .

One of the receptionists at the front desk that unfortunately i dont recall his name , but he was wearing glasses , he was not helpful at all and he refused to give us the bigger room we were promised from our previous stay which was two days prior . he was rude enough to tell us that the rate we got our rooms for is nothing compared to the current rate , and when we told him that we are constant guests and we come every year since 2010 , he simply replied that he doesn't recall what he ate yesterday! very unprofessional . The hotel should treat their regular guests with more benefits to keep them coming back , since we been going on annual base since 2018 .

Great Staff (mainly reception staff Muhsin who welcomed me to the hotel and nothing was too much trouble for him. Also Serhat who is hilarious, Yasin who was very professional and Farid who helped me with additional booking queries, also Eren). Also restaurant staff (Gulsede who was super lovely and always had a smile. amazing Omer who worked so hard, Emin, Cengiz, Dilber, honestly all staff were amazing). The hotel is good value for money and the location very close to Taksim cannot be beaten. Super clean hotel all round.

Very good hotel with helpful employees, everything is clean, amazing breakfast. When I go Istanbul next time I will stay this hotel for sure.

I ordered Turkish bath with massage and everything was a little bit strange organised. They put on the face mask on the dirty face before sauna, after sauna they did massage with oil on the dirty body, and only after was a Turkish bath. It was a little bit strange for me.
