The best staff so far ,I came across my stay in different countries.Volkan, Oguzhan, Arda well trained and professional ,they know how to make guests happy and respect them. Erol in restaurant ,you feel he is your family member and wants to feed you. Rooms were quite big ,comfy beds and very well managed by house keeping. Flawless cleaniness.

Location is awful. If you want to tour istanbul this is not place to live ,far far away from taksim,Fatih. Although hotel has excellent shuttle service to Fatih it takes 35min to fatih and 45 to taksim in nontraffic hours. While 1.5 to 2 hrs in traffic. From Sabiha airport we reached in 2 hours while going back to Istanbul airport 1hour and 15min early morning 7. But if one wants to live soundproof peaceful environment this is I think best place but nothing vibrant around including restaurants or shops .

I like the space of the flat and the comfort of the bed.

I didn't like the house keeping, they only arrange the blanket of the bed and wipe the floor, they don't clean the kitchen or any thing on the living room. They don't provide any items like plates or Spon in the kitchen, you have to ask them. They don't clean the cups where you drink tea or coffee and when I asked them they answer I have to use washing machine which is not logic to wait 40 minutes to wash cups. Breakfast is a set menu and it is the same every day and the staff their not friendly. I booked four bedrooms but they provide towels only for two.

- Nice Family oriented facility. - Oasis Mall is 5 minuets Drive from the hotel. - Free shuttle to major malls, Sultanahmet area, and Taksim.

Excellent with minor flaws A wonderful and great hotel. The apartment we got was clean, nice and of good size. The breakfast was varied and excellent. The staff are very kind, respectful and cooperative, especially the honorable Mrs Vesile KAYA, who was very cooperative and wonderful. However there is an inability to control the air conditioning. You need to also be careful of the room service menu, where they list old prices and charge you a higher price instead. Also the location of the hotel is less than ideal, it is far from tourist places. Despite all this, due to the distinguished and extremely cooperative role of Mrs Vesile KAYA, I will give the highest mark to the hotel.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and very kind towards everyone. Jacob had provided us with excellent room service. The manager was very helpful and friendly as she told us to go to the best areas of Istanbul. The reception staff was always the best at all times. The location is a bit far from the main city centre. However it is only 5 minutes extra to go to the main town centre and is very close to the mall of Istanbul. The food was excellent and was always the best of the best. If you have the chance of ordering an omelette during breakfast you will not regret that decision. We have been to Istanbul 5 times and this was the best hotel out of all 3 hotels we stayed at.

Nothing at all . Every thing was perfect

Breakfast was exceptional. Very good quality, variety and delicious. Breakfast was star of the hotel. The staff at breakfast time were welcoming and polite and brought us what we wanted. Cem the male staff at the restaurant was polite and very helpful big thank you to CEM. My 4 bed room apartment was comfortable with good facilities. We all felt 6 felt at home.

The swimming pool area is beautiful and relaxing. But the water was too cold. The Jocosy was closed most days. It was open only Saturday of that week we stayed and water was very cold for a Jacosy. I informed the members of stay at the reception couple of times but no results. The room with 2 single beds were not suitable for 2 adults. The beds were too small for average size adults more suitable for children rather. The area with close proximity to the hotel is a building site but the views from top floor were amazing.

1. The hotel is located in a remote area for tourists, requiring a 40-50 minute taxi ride to reach most parts of the European side of the city, and over an hour to reach the Asian side. 2. The kitchen was not equipped with the necessary accessories like dishes and cutlery. The reviewer requested these items from the reception multiple times, but received no response. 3. There are no nearby shops or restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel.

The most thing that I like is the size of room, it's a big room if you are comparing with other hotel in Istanbul Another thing that I really appreciated was the service. The staff were always so friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make sure that I had a great time specially Volkan and Arda Overall, I had a truly amazing experience at Movenpick. The hotel is clean, beautiful, and the service is outstanding. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation.

Very good staff striving for help and support starting from reception (Abdulrahim and his colleagues), restaurant (Asad and his great team) as well as security and pool staff. The free shuttle bus was available to major malls/attractions with good arrangement from the hotel staff.

Location was a bit far from Istanbul vibe and the neighborhood isn’t that great. Also, the kitchen wasn’t fully equipped and you need to request items every time.
