- We made a booking a month ahead mistakenly, but when reached at the hotel they accommodated us smoothly. Thank you very much. - Very close to the very famous sightseeing places, such as Aya Sofia, Top Kapi Palace, Blue Mosque and Grand Bazar. All of them are within waking distance. - Sultan Ahmet Tram Station is within walking distance, too. - Staff are very kind and friendly.

- Steep and narrow stairs to the room, but staff brought our luggage up to the room.

The location was perfect, so close to hagia sofia and easy walk to grand bazaar. The room was so cozy, clean and comfortable, there is a TV that pops up end of the bed that if you pop in a firestick/chromecast you can enjoy nice movie after long day off walking. The staff member who works late night shift is very honest, helpful and nice, waited till night time to ask for his help as daytime staff are not friendly.

Initially the wifi given to us was terrible, then the following day I requested different wifi from the late shift worker and it was good. The daytime male staff were not so welcoming, no smile or helpfulness. On the second day my keycard wasn't working. The staircase is scary to climb up as it's steep and small steps, not suitable for elderly or disabilities.

Very comfortable bed and bang on in the centre overlooking Saltanahmet Square The staff is very helpful and polite Good sized room and bathroom facilities It was somewhat strange to walk in a bar/restaurant to reach the room but with no negative feeling. The staff was happy to help us with keeping our luggage until the afternoon since we had an evening flight. Thank you

The location is definitely centralised. Walking distance to tram station, blue mosque, Haglia Sophia and lots of eatery & restaurants

Booked the suite room... there is no elevator!! Not for elderly or those with weak knees. But the hotel staff will help to carry your luggage.... hotel has no reception area. It's attached to a bar/cafe.

Great location. All POIs are in 5-10 minutes walking. Nice appartments, above a small grilll restaraunt.

Paradox, but location. Taxies are not permitted to go to this place. Need to walk ~300 meters to the pick-up location. Thanks to personel of the hotel, they helped us.

1. Location , location, location!!!!!Central location, When traveling in Istanbul, nothing can shadow location. It is right next to the golden area of world famous church, like 1 minute of walking. I could always go back to rest after lining up in front of the resort under scorching sun for some time. 2. Cleaning and comfort!! When I am back , everything is always so cleanly and well prepared with Sweet and polite smile from the lady. 3. It is right in the street filled with restaurants and some times local music. This is very handy,and convenient. 4. Close to shopping areas. When you are in Istanbul, how can you say no to Carpet?😊 5. Staff are very friendly and helpful, actually super helpful with detailed guidance even for the detailed and precise transportation in other cities in Turkey.

The room was very clean, modern and 2 minutes walk from Hagia Sophia amd 5 minutes walk from Grand Bazzar. The perople from the Hotel were very kind and always ready to help in all we need. It was a short stay (3 days) in Istambul, but the location and the friendly help from everyone made de short stop very pleasant.
