Central but quiet location, very pleasant swimming pool in the courtyard, beautiful terrace with a splendid sea view. Everything was very clean and looked new and luxurious. Easy access for taxis but very far from any public transport connections. Breakfast is not at all bad, although we could hear other hotel guests around us murmuring complaints. In my opinion, anything one can reasonably expect from a hotel breakfast is on offer and it is really fresh and tasty (except for coffee, which was awful). But the presentation of the meals just made these meals not tempting. I loved their tea very much - good, dark, strong, perfect.

The hotel is very close to the city center but in a rather dodgy area. I wouldn't feel safe walking around on my own. Our room (Deluxe Double) was very small - the pictures on the hotel pages do not show the reality. We could barely walk around our bed. The beds are large and comfortable, though. Hotel staff was rather cold - I usually tip hotel staff at the end of our stay, but this time I gave all the money to the beggars on the main square instead. Perhaps, I should have paid the tip at the beginning of our stay and it would be okay.

the location was excellent. the cleanliness of hotel, and staff couldn’t do enough for you. well done ….. thank you. we had a great holiday!!!!

the swimming pool was in a public area. outside reception, and the dining room. so it wasn’t very private. the Annexe bedrooms were noisy, and the air con wasn’t working very well. so it’s best to stay in the main building.

From arrival to departure the staff couldn't have been better they were so friendly and attentive! The facilities were immaculate, the cleaning staff did an excellent job - above and beyond. We used the spa which was fantastic and relaxing and also ate in the restaurant - the food was DEVINE! The location was a walkable under 2km along the sea front to the main city but just a 5-10 minute walk to shops and local restaurants and bars. All in all Thank you for such a lovely experience we would LOVE to return

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We were looked after in every respect and the care and attention were given warmly. Everything was spotlessly clean and well laid out. In terms of location for seeing the old city sites it was brilliant, not close enough to be bothered by crowds and eager vendors, but close enough to walk easily to all main attractions.

My only criticism was that the pool, in the courtyard, had been drained for winter and it would be all too easy for someone at night, or a child to fall into the void. This really should have a guard in place to prevent what may be a serious accident.

Our stay was exceptional it was a special vacation for my parents they like there stay .. i would to thank all the staff who was working during our stay burak at the reception, the chef Jalil the staff who is working in the restaurant Zuhra and tougba and the other one i did not ask about there name but all of them were very nice and helpfull and friendly we felt like we are at home

The staff at the hotel were all fantastic, friendly and helpful. Breakfast offers a good range of food. The location is superb with Sultanahmet only a few minutes walk away. The room was perfectly fine and the bed very comfortable.

There was an issue with our transfer from the airport which left us standing like lemons for 30 minutes and i had to feel the wrath of my girlfriend for it. Instead of having a dedicated taxi driver it seems you come on a next driver available basis, the young bunch of lads who seem to run the taxi operation just kept telling us to wait over and over again. The Hotel did offer to upgrade our final night to a suite as an apology which was a nice touch, but I would recommend booking a better taxi service, which should be very easy for €40 each way

We had a room in building 2, facing the pool and the sea, so the view was nice, the room was quiet. It was nice to get to the SPA area directly with an elevator. There is another building (green one) surrounded by other buildings that are in really bad shape and I am glad I took the more expensive room. The staff was nice and helpful. The SPA area is nice and clean and visiting it dalily for 30 minutes contributes to the overall great experience.

The manager of the hotel should be careful about the details. The reception area has wires protruding out of the wall, the chair of the receptionist was broken and damaged, the floor has broken tiles, smo of the mosaic on the floor is missing. In our bathroom gaps between the tiles were corrected with silicon that was also on the tiles and on the bath...Not that this would influence our staying but makes a bad first impression of the hotel, which claims to be a 5 star hotel and aims high with the prices.

Team great in the hotel. Thank you ! Waiting at the door for you upon arrival and looked after us until the end of our stay. No query or question was too much. We was away for a birthday surprise, so I liked that the pictures across social media / websites matched the rooms and the architecture through out was amazing. Sometimes in some hotels that is not the case. The location on the coast line over looking between Bosporous and Sea Of Marmara fabulous, but still only a five to ten minute walk to The Blue Mosque / Hagia Sophia and the hustle bustle of Istanbul was great. Could get to see both sides of Istanbul.

The service was exceptional. Me and family felt at home in luxury. Firstly, it was the person at reception "Can", who helped build my full itinerary for 2 days in Istambul, on whatsapp before we arrived. He setup with a walking tour with our guide, Tibet, who is by far the best tour guide ever. She speaks excellent English and knows Istanbul by heart. The hotel service is exceptional because of the staff like Ahmet and others, who really care for the guests and always try to do their best. My family does not want to stay anywhere else except for Seven Hills Palace. Also there are exceptional stores nearby for shopping. Don't miss the Arasta Bazaar.

Delightful boutique hotel formed from three historic merchants' houses situated around a courtyard with a swimming pool and orangery-type restaurant, with roof terrace immediately above should you wish to take your meals there. The staff are magnificent; nothing is too much trouble. We had a huge contemporary and comfortable bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Location is superb - 10 minutes walk to some of the main tourist sites/shopping areas and just across the road from the ocean. A fabulous choice if you find yourselves in Istanbul. Travellers should be warned: Make sure the airport cab driver sets the meter; if they don't set the meter agree the fare which is not more than 500-550 Lira and make sure they take you to the right hotel - Seven Hills has a sister hotel with a very similar name a few minutes drive away

Nothing - a superb experience. Would happily return
