the location is good, the price is good , it wasn’t noisy as other hotels in taksim area, the staff are very kind, the helped with luggage, late checkout, and first night was no cash on me and the let me in till i paid the next day, i came tired and they make very easy and smooth check in.

it’s very humble design although the bathroom has nice decoration, but match the price range fairly in taksim area compared to other rentals, i was solo traveler so it suits me very well on budget and location and cleanliness, but maybe families or older people may expect elevator, although it’s mentioned and described in booking clearly that there is no elevator. i was on 1st floor and they helped me with the luggage so for me was perfect.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Taksim Cool Suites and I must say that it was one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences I have ever had. While the hotel itself was lovely and well-appointed, it was the host's exceptional politeness and attention to detail that truly made the stay unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the host went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Throughout my stay, they were always available to answer questions and provide recommendations, going above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant and memorable visit. But what truly stood out to me was the host's politeness and graciousness. They were always quick to offer a kind word or a thoughtful gesture, making me feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The host's politeness and attention to detail are second to none, and I am already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent communication with Aziz who runs the property on arrival and departure day. He was helpful and flexible. The location was great for the districts of Taksim, Beyoglu and Cihangir. The room was regularly cleaned, the bed made and topped up with free bottles of water. Despite the central location the property was very quiet at night.

There is nothing to mention. Be aware there is no breakfast but there are plenty of really good places within five minutes (eg Limon Cafe, Valerie Coffee, Yigit Sofram) It is not a hotel as such, so no 24/7 reception desk, more a pension/boarding house. But that is fine, it works perfectly if you like total independence.

One of the best -maybe the best- apartments i have stayed in Istanbul. I was with two other friends and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment had so fast wifi, was so warm and extremely clean. The lady who welcomed us was so nice and helpful (she couldnt speak english but we know a little bit of turkish). The location is perfect, only 4-5 minutes form Taksim Square and 20 minutes walking through a beautiful area to reach to Karakoy to take the vapur. Close to the apartment were many restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries etc. Highly recommended!

Taxim Cool is very well located. Very close to Istiklal Street and Taxim Square and still very quiet in the evening. In this area, due to nightlife, it can be very loud. But location of this apartment was perfect. Near the building there are a lot of restaurants, supermarkets, bars, shopping centers, etc. Taksim Metro station is in a walkable distance. The owner is a kind person, who wishes to help you in any way. Although this is an apartment, there is houskeeping every day! I suggest contacting the owner via WhatsApp before arrival.

Although not an important thing, but having shower gel and shampoo available would be better. So we would not have dealt with buying them.

The location was very central, and the property manager was extremely friendly and helpful. I was also able to spontaneously book a ride to the airport, and could leave my things in a safe place after checking out. The bed was comfortable, the tv had lots of channels, and the air conditioner worked perfectly.

There could have been more electrical outlets; for example the fridge and kettle couldn’t be used at the same time. The balcony was tiny and didn’t have anything to sit on. The property did not look like the photos, and there were definitely some things missing - most importantly the listing mentioned toiletries but there were none.

Everything was perfect: location, staff very helpful, I loved the style of decoration.

I guess is common in Turkey because it happened in another hotels there, but they don’t clean too much and I saw hair from previous guests everywhere.

I recently stayed at Taxim cool suites and I have to say that it was one of the best experiences I've had. They were an incredible host, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. Throughout my stay, they were incredibly responsive, attentive to our needs and helping me and my friends in any possible way. They made sure that I had everything we needed to feel at home, and even checked in with me from time to time to see if there was anything else they could do to make my stay even better. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better host. They truly went above and beyond to make my stay memorable and enjoyable, and I would recommend their accomodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming home away from home. Everything was perfect

The place is very nice: it's easy to reach from the airport by Havabus (the bus stops at the airport and goes to Teksim square, it costs 27,5 Turkish liras (August, 2021). I cancelled my other booking in Fatih district because I couldn't understand how to reach it from the airport bay public transport (as it was the only option for me due to financial limitations). Ofc, later I've found out how to reach historic sites in Fatih, but it seemed too difficult at that time, from home. This place, however, is located in a walking distance from Istiklal street (hello, night life), Galata tower and main transport junctions. The staff is reeeally nice and my room was always clean. Also, I liked the designs and colours of the furniture! The walls, however, are not that thick and you can hear people coming to their rooms, talking - but it doesn't last too long and is not very loud. Moreover, the street noise couldn't be heard at all. So, overall, my impressions are very positive!

The only minus is the Internet - some times I couldn't get a signal at all and had to surf it in the nearby cafes.
