I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Byzantium Suites Hotel for three nights, and I can confidently say that it was an ideal choice for a family vacation in Istanbul, especially as we were celebrating my mother's birthday! From the moment we arrived, the entire hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. While I wish I could remember everyone's names to thank them personally, each team member contributed to making our experience truly special. They even made extra efforts to ensure my mother's birthday celebration was perfect, which we greatly appreciated. We booked two rooms, and both were exceptionally comfortable and beautifully appointed, making us feel right at home. The hotel boasts a perfect location, situated in the heart of Istanbul, which made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city's rich history and vibrant culture. We were a short walk from iconic landmarks, shops, and restaurants, easily immersing ourselves in the local atmosphere. Whether visiting Hagia Sophia or strolling through bustling streets, everything was within reach. Every morning, we looked forward to the delicious breakfast, which featured a wide selection of tasty options. The breakfast staff were exceptional—always smiling and eager to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made our mornings even more enjoyable. The byzantium exceeded our expectations! The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. The reception staff were so kind and helpful they made our stay so comfortable. The Byzantium hotel is a gem in the heart of Istanbul and we would definitely book it again. It is a 5 min walk to the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque and there are so many food places and shops on the doorstep. The breakfast buffet was amazing, the manager Erhan was always making sure that everything was perfect. Thankyou to everyone at the Byzantium hotel for making it a wonderful holiday for me and my family.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. Beautiful decoration and interesting, unique structure to the building and layout. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Erhan the host was gracious and the staff were helpful in providing refills. The front desk also reserved me a ticket at the sold out Whirling Dervish/Traditional Turkish Dancing show which was outstanding. Easy walking distance to every with wonderful shops and restaurants just a step away. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located in a perfect location, close to many of the city's most popular attractions. The hotel manager was very helpful and accommodating, and the support staff was also very knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The breakfast, overseen by Erhan Abi, was incredibly attentive and motivated to provide a fantastic breakfast experience. The customer service was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Internet coverage in rooms and the rooftop restaurant could be improved, but this was easily remedied with 4G service.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was really helpful and the breakfast was very tasty. Erhan was very helpful and kind. The cleanliness of the hotel was good and it was located very close to The Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sofia, and the Topkapı, they were 10 minutes away. Overall we enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to staying there the next time we come to Istanbul.

Hello everyone. In April this year, we spent 5 nights in this HOTEL. My family and I use every free period of the year to remember places we haven't been. But for the first time in my 37 years, we encountered such a MIRACLE. The hotel was chosen by my husband, with which we are very satisfied, this kind of hospitality, culture, you literally feel as if you are at home, at any moment available for everything, if you want a milk from chicken, TEAM OF MANAGERS, WAITERS and COOKS they will make it possible for you. First of all, it is very clean, the rooms are cleaned every day, in one word, EVERYTHING SHINES. Fresh and delicious food, if you want something special, they will find a way to provide and serve it. We will definitely choose THE BYZANTIUM HOTEL again on the next occasion, we warmly and wholeheartedly recommend it to all of you. We greeting all employees, we wish you successful work, to continue like this and to be even better and to have many satisfied guests. The hotel has a great location. It's situated within walking distance of many Istanbul attractions. There are many restaurants nearby with great rooftop terraces with epic views of the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. The staff were friendly and welcoming catering to my needs wherever possible. My room was clean and bright with a nice view of the Bosphorus river. The bed was also comfortable. The breakfast was delicious every morning and the hospitality was impeccable. Erhan was very attentive, polite and helpful - going above and beyond for his guests. Every morning he would make great conversation with me and ask me what my plans were for the day and offering advice about this great city and it's attractions. Will definitely stay here again the next time I come to Istanbul. Highly recommended!

Property was very clean and close to attraction only few minutes away. The breakfast was awesome, a lot of options and delicious. The staffs were very helpful and specially Erhan in breakfast area was always smiling and attentive to guests. He made our stay awesome!!

The property needs some upgrades

Amazing location! So close to blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. Surrounded my lots of food options and shops but also not too loud at night so can still get a good nights rest. Staff were amazing! Especially Erhan who managed the restaurant at breakfast time! His hospitality was above and beyond, making sure we had everything we needed and showed genuine kindness and care. Would 100% stay here again.

What a great Team they have at The Byzantium Hotel. Great staff who will go the extra for your comfort and satisfaction. Bunch of friendly people and i booked boat tour through the Hotel and a very good price - saves you haggling outside. I have been istanbul before so i know it was a reasonable price. Warisah guest relations helped with this and she was great. Erhan the Restaurant manager was really helpful and offered food to pack from breakfast for later since my child was not eating in the morning. This little gesture made me happy and all restaurant staff to check in staff and cleaning staff were great. In a great location and close to Hagia Sophia. Thanks a lot guys
