Everything was perfect! The room was spacious and clean. The staff are wonderful. They can speak English and Russian fluently. They will help you, answer all your questions and recommend places to visit. Selcuk is amazing, he's polite and has got a great sense of humour. The cleaning was also good. They changed bed linen and towels, which were fresh and white, and gave us 2 bottles of water a day. We didn't have any problems with hot water. There's water, tea and instant coffee in the lobby. Apple tea is worth trying! We had a kettle in the room and they gave us an iron. The location is perfect! The main landmarks, a tram station and good cafes are close to the hotel. You should definitely stay here!

Nothing! However, if you need absolute silence when you're sleeping, you should buy earplugs because a mosque is located near the hotel and calls to prayer may wake you up. It didn't bother me at all. On the contrary, it helped to feel the atmosphere of Istanbul and learn more about its culture and religion.

The hotel is in walking distance of all of the big attractions (Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern) and with a easy access to tram its only a a short trip to the ferrys, Balat and Galata Tower. The hotel room is small (as expected) and as desciribed, but its perfect for a short stay. Clean and good standard. Hospital staff that gives you and introduction and an overview over the city and the attractions when you arrive the hotel.

The handheld showerhead didnt work as it should. It kept leaking and was it bad waterpreassure. Since there also was a rainshowerhead it wasn’t any big problem for us during our stay. But this can be imrpoved.

The hotel is well located, the center of the city is really close and there are a lot of places like restaurants, laundry stores etc around the hotel. The bed was comfortable and there wasn't much noise during the night so we could sleep good.

The attitude of the front desk personal was not good at all, the ones on night and day shift were really rude even one of them was just staring to my girlfriend like if she has stolen something, that was really uncomfortable, in the other hand the person on Afternoon shift was really friendly. The room was small and when we arrived the toilet was stained, it was until next day after the house keeping lady cleaned the room that looked better.

Great Hotel! My husband and I had a great time at this hotel while exploring Istanbul. The location is 5 min walking distance from the tram stop which brings you everywhere you want to go. Its walking distance from the Blue Mosque, Haga Sofia, the Big Bazaar, traditional Hammam and allot of Mosques and shops. Allot of nice restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner on walking distance. The hotel is right is the middle of the city, but far down enough that its a quiet location. We had such a blast in Istanbul and where so pleased with the perfect location of the hotel, that we extended our stay for a week. The staff is also very nice and helpful.

The hotel is located downhill. With suitcases going down that is still manageable. But going back up with suitcases is a challenge. So plan the taxi ride in advance if you have allot of suitcases. In our case getting a taxi (not organized by the hotel) was also a bit of a challenge. But we eventually did succeed. We wanted to take public transportation to go back to the airport to cut on costs, but we did take a taxi from the hotel to the train station just so that it would be easier with all the luggage.

Great value for money! The room exceeded our expectations, much bigger and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and kind. Close to restaurant and cafes, Blue Mosque and tram stop.

The AC is controlled centrally (so you can either turn it on at 21 degrees of off completely), Bathroom shower leaked through the door frames, no tea amenities provided except for a kettle, however not an issue as the reception has tea and coffee 24/7.

I liked the service, especially receptionist Ali Barati was very friendly and open to help us at any time and with anything. He even organized an airport transfer for us even though we ordered last minute. Overall, hotel is located in a central area but we were overwhelmed by hills cuz the hotel located uphill so keep in mind that you will have to climb a lot.

Cleaning could be better, bed sheets were not the cleanest, and overall furniture was kinda old but worth the money.

It's not the Hilton or something like that. But, for the cost and location, it's great. I appreciated the staff. All in all a great place.

Not a dislike, just a warning, it's located on a fairly steep walk up to the historical core. For more elderly travelers it might not be the right choice. However, my mother did it at the age of 66.

I have visited Istanbul several times and always stay at this hotel. The rooms are lovely, the location is wonderful (5 mins to metro stop and short walk to Sultanahmet) and the staff are fantastic - very helpful, kind and welcoming. A special shoutout to Ali who helped with transfers and gave us advice for the city!

The reception staff was always incredibly helpful and friendly, 5 star for the service I would come back anytime! Please if you see the man with Rozalia, buy from him he is loyal and respectful, hotel is grate, staff the same ! Recommend to anyone who is reading!
