I recently stayed at Good Night Hotel and had an exceptional experience. The location is unbeatable, close to all the key attractions and well-connected by public transport, making it easy to explore the area. From the moment I walked in, the staff’s warmth and hospitality stood out. The team goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome and cared for, always greeting you with genuine smiles and a willingness to help with anything needed.

The room was smal but, it was thoughtfully equipped with everything essential for a comfortable stay. There was a water jug with two cups, which was a nice touch, a small fridge to keep drinks and snacks cool, and even a secure locker to store valuables safely. Despite the compact space, the room was well-organized and had everything you need for a short stay.

From the moment I arrived in bustling Istanbul, my hotel embraced us like a hidden oasis. Nestled in the heart of the city, it offered the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. But what truly elevated my experience was the exceptional service I received from Burhan and Omar. These two gentlemen weren't simply hotel staff; they were ambassadors of hospitality. Omar greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine interest in my plans, patiently answering my questions and offering invaluable local recommendations. Burhan, on the other hand, ensured my stay was seamless, anticipating my needs and going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their attentiveness wasn't just professional, it was heartfelt. They took the time to share stories of Istanbul's rich history and culture, adding a personal touch that made us feel not just like guests, but like valued friends. The hotel itself was wonderful, providing a tranquil haven from the city's vibrancy. But it's the exceptional service from Burhan and Omar that will leave a lasting impression. I stayed at Good Night Hotel for five days. First of all, I loved the location. On foot you can reach many interesting locations (Blue mosque, Haghia Sofia, Topkapi, Gulhane park, Grand bazaar, starting point for Bosphorous cruise tours) without effort. If you want to go elsewhere, in less than five minutes you can reach tram station Çemberlitaş, hop on and go anywhere by tram. Nearby you can buy Istanbulkart for public transportation, on tram station top up the card and also nearby buy a SIM card (I recommend both of these). This hotel is excellent for people wanting to explore the city all day and try Turkish cuisine in different places every day - in our room we had safe deposit box, mini fridge, kettle with two mugs. Towels were supplied daily. Upper floors can be reached via elevator. Staff was really kind! During our visit to Istanbul we had an inconvience - exchange office gave us 800 liras of damaged money what we realised later on when we tried to pay something with it. I mentioned it to the staff and we were blown away by the fact that mr. Burhan went with us to the exact change office which gave us the faulty money - in no time we got undamaged money. Speaking of money, I paid for our stay in advance via credit card - pretty convenient. Price we paid was excellent for the service we got. After check out they kept our luggages before taxi picked us up - thanks for that! We arranged taxi transfer via Booking - I have a nice discount because of previos travels, but if I didn’t, I would’ve used the transfer that hotel can arrange for its guests. I strongly recommend this hotel for all the reasons I mentioned above!

Stayed at the hotel from May 4th to May 8th, 2024, and we are thrilled with our choice. The room had everything we needed, and since we spent the whole day out and about, we only returned to sleep. So the hotel perfectly matched its price. The location was excellent, easy to reach from the airport and any part of the city. I must mention the fantastic staff—they were very friendly and helpful. Every time we met, they asked how we were doing and if we needed any assistance. They provided us with a map and showed us everything we needed to know, including a good currency exchange place. Special thanks to the cheerful guy Sajid for the warm welcome and all the help, especially with our luggages. Wishing your hotel continued success!

The hotel is located on the hill, so it’s challenging to go up, for instance, with luggages.

The location is one of the best features of this hotel. It is far enough from the crowds of tourists to enable some sort of privacy, plus there're lower prices at restaurants nerby than on the bigger streets. At the same time it is located within a walking distance from th main tourist attractions such as Hagye Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Grand and Egyptian Bazaars, Gulhane Park and Basilica Cistern. The staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. The room was being cleaned every day.

My room didn't have a window. When I made my booking I hadn't really paid much attention to this fact, but turned out that not having sunlight in a room during days is quite depressing a psychologically challenging. That was my mistake, now I know this about myself. The room itself was quite cute, the bed was big and comfy.

What I liked the most was the location of the residence and the staff that was polite, operational and professional. Still there are things to improve such as the property and hygiene: during my 4 days stay the sheets were not changed how do I know it? The pillow and the sheet had a blood spot ( I had a dental operation) the first day they did not change it afterwards I took the initiative and informed the receptionist still, nothing had been done. What unfortunate is that it’s such details that influences the whole stay. After all the staff was lovely and speak very good English which is rare in Turkey

My three-night stay at this hotel was nothing short of spectacular, largely owing to the impressive location and the phenomenal staff. The hotel’s proximity to the metro/tram station made traveling around Istanbul a breeze. I was also delighted to find that most of the city’s must-see tourist attractions and historical sites were conveniently located nearby. Evening time you can go up to hotel roof top for the beautiful view. What really set this stay apart, though, was the exceptional reception staff. Sajid and Awab went above and beyond to ensure comfort and offer helpful recommendations. Their superb service made the experience unforgettable. A big thank you to Sajid and Awab! I can’t wait for my next visit and highly recommend this hotel to all Istanbul SOLO/Couple travelers.

Nope! Is superb for solo traveler!

The hotel was more than expected. It was clean, great location, had all necessary amenities. The staff was wonderful. From the manager to all the other employees. They were very nice and helpful. They answered all our questions, the manager even gave us a map with all the places to visit that we wouldn’t find on the internet. Great location: in the heart of sultanahmet.

I wish the bed sheets had been changed during our stay but otherwise the room was cleaned everyday.

The room was very clean and in the center of the town so you could easily go on foot to most of the tourist attractions Also everyone working in the hotel is very polite and helpful Especially Omer who helped us with the attractions, booked our cruise to Bosporus and showed us how to go to the airport

Hotel was super well located, organised, had a lift as well as stairs, a nice rooftop (unfortunately for us, it was raining tho) and a view to the blue mosque. We got upgraded to the sea view room and staff was very friendly and helpful. Many kebab places, restaurants, cafes, bars and sweets shops around and a nice atmosphere. Great value for money and great gateway to explore Istanbul on foot.
