Good value-for-money place for short stays. Room and toilet were clean. The manager was very helpful and respectful and tried to solve everything.

Location is a bit far from commercial center, so for everything from money change to restaurants you will jave to go 15mins far at least. Might be ok with solo travellers but for someone with baby strollers, it was difficult. Breakfast is a negative. They serve limited quantity in a single plate. Though in pictures it was shown an open buffet. Still the Manager was helpful and got omelette made for the kid separately.

Great location. The closest train station is Hilal (which has metro and izban line) and is only a 5-min walk from the hotel as compared to Basmane (10 min walk). It is also near to many local restaurants, pharmacies and hospitals (the hotel is just few feet away from the hospital’s emergency entrance). The manager (who I am assuming is the owner) was very accommodating to all my requests, and he is also very friendly. Roomkeeping is done daily which is very good.

Nothing. The property is a bit old but everything still functions perfectly. Except the TV bcos maybe i dont know how to turn it on, but that was not a problem because I was not there to watch TV

simple room, not too varied breakfast, but it’s enough, good location. many cafes and shops nearby. there’s a big park to take a walk.

at first day at 10.30 (breakfast till 11:00) there was little food, and we needed to ask to cut and cook some. but the stuff is great they manage everything and we didn’t remain hungry)) I think that’s because we visited Izmir in a low season in spring.

We had a great stay at Mini Fuar Hotel! The room has everything (closet, blankets, air conditioner, refrigerator, kettle, etc.) in order to rest and sleep well. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, Mini Hotel definitely exceeded our expectations positively. We will definitely be revisiting!

Everything was perfect.

The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and the location the Hotel is close to the big park and within easy walking distance to the Main market and the sea and lots of local Restaurants

It’s hard to really knock this place the staff are absolutely fabulous ok the rooms need a little tidy up but they are excellent value for money with Wi-Fi air conditioning etc

Good hotel in the heart of the city with a rather small room. But it's ok since the location is great - walking distances to the main culture park with running track and museums, waterfront promenade and about 20 minutes to the central square. Reception employees were very helpful and available all the time. Breakfast was not buffet - because of corona restrictions. But I recommend this hotel anyway if you seek for just a place to sleep for a couple of nights. Wi Fi is great. Coffee-tea-hot water are free during your stay. Both train stations to Efes and other regions - just 10-20 minutes walk.

Small rooms, need some renovation, poor and the same breakfast all the time.

We loved everything about the hotel. The rooms were very spacious, tidy and had all facilities (AC, balcony, kettle, etc). The breakfast was very nice and rich. The location of the hotel was very good, near Izmir attraction park. Amazing staff, especially Mr.Mustapha the best of all. He was very helpful and nice to have around. My mom and I really enjoyed talking and chatting with him. He is very outgoing and welcoming.

Good location, in the mid of Hilal and Basmane metro stations. Clean and neat hotel, nice and friendly staff, very helpful and can give good advise regarding the sightseeing and routes.

Friendly, helpful staff, very good location next to Hilal izban station and the cultural park. Quite good breakfast as we discovered after having moved to another place later.

Just next to a hospital and always super noisy except night hours. Quite tired rooms and bathrooms.
